2. Description of the Related Art Outer wall material for construction 9 constituting an outer wall of a building
Conventionally, for example, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), a mountain portion 9a and a valley portion 9b are formed over the entire length, and the outer wall material for construction 9 is fixed adjacent to both side edges. What is referred to as siding in which a mountain portion 9a or a valley portion 9b on which the side edge portions of the above are respectively formed is formed, and an engaging piece receiver 9c formed in a concave shape on one side edge as shown in FIG. Also referred to as a spandrel, each of which is formed with a single-plate engagement piece 9d that is inserted into and engaged with the engagement piece receiver 9c of the building outer wall material 9 that is already fixed to the other side edge. Etc. were used.

In constructing an outer wall by using such an outer wall material 9 for construction, in the case of the former siding, one side edge portion of the other siding fixed to the furring strip material 7 of the building is used. The side edge portion of the siding that is fixed adjacently is overlapped on the side edge portion, and when the overlapped portion is the mountain portion 9a, it is again overlapped by the hook bolt as shown in FIG. When the part is the valley 9b, (b) in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the work of fixing to the furring strip 7 of the building by tapping screws is repeatedly performed sideways. In order to construct the outer wall by this siding, fixing bolts and screws are passed through both side edges of the siding, and the furring strip 7 of the building is used.
Since there is an advantage in that the number of fixing bolts and screws can be increased, the strength against negative pressure due to wind or the like, that is, the force acting from the indoor side to the outer surface side can be increased. Since the heads of screws and screws are exposed to the surface that is directly exposed to rainwater and direct sunlight, there are problems with durability and the aesthetics given to the viewer are impaired, and the design effect is inferior. Since the head was exposed, rust and discoloration were likely to occur, and the rust and discoloration more markedly exhibited the above-mentioned defects. Further, there is also a drawback that rainwater easily enters the indoor side due to a capillary phenomenon from the overlapping portions on both sides of the adjacent siding, resulting in poor water leakage resistance.

In order to construct the outer wall by the latter spandrel, one side edge of the spandrel having the engagement piece receiver 9c formed in one concave shape is fixed to the furring strip 7 of the building. After inserting the engaging piece 9d of one plate formed on the side edge of the spandrel fixed to the furring strip 7 of the building into the joint piece receiver 9c, the opposite side of the engaging piece 9d is inserted. The operation of fixing the side edge on which the concave engagement piece receiver 9c is formed to the furring strip material 7 of the building by tapping screws is sequentially repeated laterally. In order to form the outer wall by this spandrel, the engagement piece receivers 9c formed on the side edges of the adjacent spandrel are fixed to the furring strip material 7 of the building by tapping screws or the like, and the fixed engagement piece receivers 9c are fixed to the fixed engagement piece receivers 9c. Since it can be fixed to the furring strip 7 of the building by a simple operation of inserting the engaging piece 9d formed on the side edge of the next spandrel, it can be installed in a short time, and the tapping screw head Since it is not exposed to the surface of the outer wall, the design effect can be fully exerted, but if the back side of the spandrel is not filled with a heat insulating material such as foamed resin to enhance the heat insulating effect, the wind When negative pressure due to, for example, a force acts from the indoor side to the outer surface side, the spandrel bends and the engaging piece is received.
There was a fatal drawback that the engaging piece 9d just inserted into the 9c would easily come off from the engaging piece receiver 9c.

That is, although the spandrel may be filled with a heat insulating material on its back side, the spandrel used to construct the wall surface of a factory is usually formed by bending a single metal plate. It has a simple structure that is only shown in FIG. 6, and as shown in FIG. 6, only one flat edge, which is the engaging piece 9d, is inserted into the engaging piece receiver 9c. When a force acts from the inner side to the outer surface side, the center portion between the engaging piece receiver 9c and the engaging piece 9d is easily deformed so as to bulge outward, so that the engaging piece 9d easily comes off from the engaging piece receiver 9c. There was a drawback that it would end up. Furthermore, when the force from the indoor side to the outer surface side is repeatedly applied by the wind or the like, the engaging piece 9d is received by the engaging piece receiving part.
There is also a drawback that rainwater enters the indoor side through this engaging portion by pulsating in 9c and the leakage resistance is poor.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an engaging piece receiver 3 formed by bending over the entire length of one side edge portion of the wall surface body 2 is opened at the side surface of the wall surface body 2. The support portion 3a formed at the position of the wall surface main body 2 side of the entrance of the opening 3c of the groove-shaped recess 3b in which the portion 3c is open is also used as the ridge portion 3d which is convex toward the groove-shaped recess 3b. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the groove 3 is formed continuously on the side surface of the wall surface main body 2 and is continuous with the support portion 3a formed at the position of the wall surface main body 2 side of the opening 3c entrance of the groove-shaped recess 3b. The ridge portion 3d which is convex on the side of the concave portion 3b is formed separately. In such a structure, the support surface 3aa of the support portion 3a may be formed to be inclined with respect to the wall surface main body 2, but if it is formed in parallel with the wall surface main body 2 as in the illustrated embodiment, pressure such as wind pressure is generated. Accordingly, when the engaging piece 4 is laterally displaced, a step is not generated on the surface of the wall surface main body 2 of the adjacent vertically-extending building outer wall material 1, which is preferable.
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the bottom portion 3ba of the groove-shaped recess 3b is parallel to the wall surface body 2, but the furring strip 7 of the building.
It is configured so as not to come into direct contact with or through the reinforcing material 6 described later, but as shown in FIG. 4, directly to the furring strip material 7 of the building as in the embodiment or via the reinforcing material 6 described later. It may be shared with the bottom flat plate portion 3e parallel to the wall surface body 2 so as to abut.
