Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure a fine outside appearance and to shorten the term of work and to save labor by using a self-smoothing mortar, and forming a joint of only surplus mortar occurring when a deep joint tile is pressedly stuck. CONSTITUTION:A panel 1 is horizontally mounted, and self-smoothing mortar 5 is applied to its surface. Next a deep joint tile 3 with rear grooves is pressedly stuck to the back of the panel 1. Next the surplus mortar 5 is formed in a joint part, and when left at room temperature, the surplus mortar 5 smoothes and hardens naturally owing to the self-smoothing ability of the surplus mortar 5 to form a tile stuck panel. Thus the joint can be formed of only the surplus mortar 5 occurring in the case where the deep joint tile 3 is pressedly stuck to dispense with the finishing of the joint.
