Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply and surely execute a wall substrate material by severally providing the end edges on both sides and central part of a substrate body with a notched part, and drivingly providing a fastening metal fitting after a temporary fastening metal fitting is drivingly provided in the notch part. CONSTITUTION:Wall substrate materials 7 are straddlingly attached in order to a plurality of previously executed studs at fixed intervals. In this case, each of notched parts 42, 42 of the wall substrate materials 7, 7 is piled up a part of the piled up part of the side end edges 2, 2 of the adjacent wall substrate materials 7, 7. Next temporary fastening metal fittings are driven in the piled up notched parts 42, 42 to carry out the temporary attaching execution of a plurality of wall substrate materials 7 at fixed spots. Wrinkles and cracks are prevented from getting mixed in the temporarily fastened wall substrate material for regulating the wall substrate materials 7, and then the fastening metal fitting is regularly driven and attached for executing the wall substrate material 7 at the fixed spot.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a technique of a wall base material which is constructed as a base portion of a wall surface of a building, and its application field is the construction field. In particular, it is useful for shortening and simplifying the time for constructing the wall base material. Furthermore, by imparting sound insulation and heat insulation properties to the composition of the wall base material, it can be utilized in the field of improving the living environment.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a sheet-like material made of a material having a heat insulating function and a sound insulating function has been generally used as a wall base material of this type. This wall base material has no notches for temporary fittings or full-scale fittings, so when installing on the pillar of the base, first pull up the upper end of the wall base material to the ceiling surface,
Adjust it so that the lower end comes to the floor. Then, a plurality of wall base materials are sequentially mounted while being partially overlapped with each other in the lateral direction while temporarily fixing the wall base materials on the pillars with temporary fixing nails at arbitrary positions. Next, after temporary fixing was completed overall, at the stage where it was confirmed that there were no wrinkles or gaps between the wall base material itself and the wall base material, fix it on the base pillar with a full-scale nail. I was going. At this time, when the area of the wall base material is small, there is no problem in handling, but in the case of the wall base material having a large area, it is difficult to handle because of the work, and it is not possible for one operator to handle it. 2 or more skilled workers are required in order to quickly, surely and accurately apply a large number of wall base materials one after another in sequence without causing slacks or wrinkles, while partially overlapping them. I went with the person. Then, in the case of the dry method, the wall plate is locked and fixed with metal fittings on the wall base material constructed in this way, and the finish is completed. In the case of the wet method, lath is applied to the above-mentioned wall foundation material that has already been constructed, and then plaster or mortar is applied to finish the surface.

Although the prior art is performed as described above, a plurality of adjacent wall base materials are stretched over a plurality of columns provided in advance while partially overlapping each other. In addition to performing positioning, etc., temporary fixing is performed with metal fittings such as temporary fixing nails, but since the wall base material itself is large, a skilled worker is required to perform this construction, And since the temporary fixing nail is driven in from above the wall base material, if the pillar is inside the aimed place, it may not be possible to temporarily fix it, so the work of temporary fixing is redone. Has to be carried out frequently, and there is a problem that construction time is required. Furthermore, in order to drive the temporary nails appropriately at each site, there is a hole in the part of the wall base material that is forcibly torn, so when moving the wall base material up and down, left and right, There was a problem that the freedom to adjust the wall base material was hard to work, and if you tried to move it by force, the place where the temporary nail was driven expanded and it would break in extreme cases.

The wall base material of the present invention has a thickness of 1 mm to 5 m.
It is a sheet lock of about m, and the overall shape is rectangular, and the main material is vinyl chloride resin, polypropylene resin, polystyrene resin, etc. on both side edges of the base body or both side edges. Notches are formed at the edge and the center. A plurality of notches are provided at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the base body. Normally, this base body has a width of 1 m to 2 m, which is the same as or slightly larger than the distance between the pillars, and is rolled up in a long shape, and is unwound when used at a construction site. It is used by cutting it into required lengths.

When making the base body, a wall base material that can prevent the passage of radio waves can be made by mixing a magnetic material such as ferrite into vinyl chloride resin, which is a main raw material. By mixing fine particles of lead and high specific gravity substances such as barium sulfate, it is possible to create a wall base material that can have sound insulation performance, and further stack a foam polystyrene layer on the back surface of the base body. Then, it is also possible to make a wall base material having a heat insulating function.
