However, in the above method, since the container body is made of synthetic resin foam, it is lightweight and thin, and the container itself deforms when stacked and transported in an empty state, or There was a defect such as damage. Further, there is a problem that it is bulky to carry many container bodies at one time. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a method for manufacturing a packaging container that can prevent deformation and damage during transportation by a simple method and can transport a large amount of container body at one time. Is intended.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 will be described. FIG. 1 shows a paper body on the outer surface of the side wall portion 1 of a container body made of a synthetic resin sheet such as polystyrene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, and expanded polystyrene resin. It is a front view of plate piece A to which surface material 2 such as a sheet material is attached. Figure 2
1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line XX of FIG. 1, and FIG.
7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line YY of FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the plate piece A is placed on the lower mold C, the upper mold B having the roller 8 is moved downward, and the groove 3 is molded. In the method for manufacturing a packaging container according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the plate piece A is placed in a flat plate state on the lower mold C and pressed by the roller 8 provided in the upper mold B to form the groove 3. Of. At this time, since the plate piece A is in a flat plate state, the work is easy to perform and the efficiency is improved, and the size of the side wall portion 1, the position of the groove 3 and the like can be easily changed, which is convenient. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a process in which the plate piece A formed by the above method is bent from each of the bending grooves 4, the both ends are abutted against each other, and the bottom plate 5 is fitted into the bottom plate groove 7. Here, in the process of bending each plate piece A, in order to eliminate the gap between both ends,
It may be formed in a letter shape (90 degrees). (See FIG. 3) FIG. 6 is another perspective view showing an assembling process of the packaging container in which the plate piece A of the side wall portion is integrally formed with each piece of the bottom plate 5. FIG. 7 is a completed perspective view of the packaging container obtained by the manufacturing method of the present invention. Since the packaging container formed as described above is in a flat plate state during transportation, it can be transported in a large amount at a time without being deformed or damaged. Also, when assembling the packaging container, it may be stopped in the groove 3 of the plate piece A with a retaining ring 6 having elasticity such as rubber band.
If a colored string or the like is used as the retaining ring 6, the range of application is further widened and it is convenient in combination with the surface material 2 such as a paper sheet.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention has the following practically excellent effects. (1) Since it can be transported in a flat plate state, it can be transported in large quantities at a time without being deformed or damaged. (2) Since the plate piece is flattened to form the groove, flow work can be performed, speed can be increased, and the plate piece is not damaged. (3) Since the packaging container can be assembled only by fastening the retaining rings such as rubber bands to the groove without welding or adhering the both ends of the side wall portion, it is useful for improving work efficiency.
