2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to make light and strong materials,
Honeycomb structures have been adopted. For example, when making a honeycomb structure from paper or aluminum plates, a large number of rectangular paper or aluminum plates are stacked, and the space between adjacent ones is
Adhere at a predetermined interval with an adhesive material. This bonding position is staggered from the next one. After adhering in this manner, the stacked paper or aluminum plates are pulled out in opposite directions on both sides to be spread, whereby a honeycomb structure having a substantially hexagonal shape is obtained by bending.

However, if a resin having fibers such as carbon inside is adopted instead of the paper or aluminum plate, a honeycomb structure cannot be obtained well. That is, the resin having fibers inside has a very high strength, and even if the resin is adhered and pulled by the same method as the above-mentioned prior art to spread.
It did not fold well into a hexagon and therefore could not obtain a honeycomb structure well. Further, when the method of impregnating a fiber cloth with a resin is used to form a resin having fibers inside, the fiber cloth before impregnating the resin is too soft and difficult to handle, and it is still difficult to form a honeycomb structure. could not. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fiber-containing honeycomb structure material that can be made of a resin having a fiber woven cloth inside, and a manufacturing method thereof.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a hollow core is preformed with a resin having a fiber cloth inside, and sandwiched between the same resin plates from above and below to form a conventional hexagonal shape. A new honeycomb structure material made of fiber-containing resin can be obtained irrespective of the method for producing the honeycomb structure of. According to the invention of claim 2,
By making the predetermined cross section of the core rod circular, for example, a resin-made cylindrical core having a fiber woven fabric inside can be obtained. Further, if the predetermined cross section is, for example, hexagonal, a hexagonal tubular core can be obtained.
Then, a large number of the cores are arranged adjacent to each other on a plate having an adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer is cured to fix the cores.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. The fiber-containing honeycomb structure material of this embodiment is used, for example, as an underfloor material as a building material. First, a woven fabric is made from the fiber 1 (see FIG. 1 (b)). Although a woven fabric is made here, a non-woven fabric may be used. Further, as the fiber 1, besides carbon fiber, resin fiber such as Kevlar or natural fiber such as hemp can be used. This woven fabric is wrapped around a core rod having a circular cross section and impregnated with a resin. After that, pressure is applied to press and cure.
The long cylindrical cores thus formed are cut at predetermined intervals to make a large number of short cylindrical cores 3. The cylindrical cores 3 are arranged in the vertical direction and laterally adjacent to each other. At the same time, the plurality of cylindrical cores 3 are regularly arranged. Then, it is sandwiched between the two plates 5 from above and below. Similar to the cylindrical core 3, the plate 5 is also made flat by impregnating a fiber cloth with resin and pressing it. An adhesive is applied to the surfaces of the two plates 5. As this adhesive, one having good compatibility with the resin is used. The multiple cylindrical cores 3 are brought into contact with the surface coated with the adhesive and sandwiched in a sandwich shape.

The adhesive penetrates into the gap between the plate 5 and the cylindrical core 3 or the gap between the cylindrical cores 3 due to surface tension. When the adhesive hardens in the permeated state, the honeycomb structure material is completed. Since the honeycomb structure material manufactured in this manner is made of a resin having fibers inside, it has extremely high strength and is light. In addition, they are sandwiched and reinforce each other. In addition, air is sealed between them, and the heat retention is good. Therefore, it is most suitable as an underfloor material. In the above embodiments, the honeycomb structure material is made of the cylindrical core 3. However, in other embodiments, it is of course possible to make the hexagonal core. In this case, the cross section of the core rod around which the fiber cloth is wound may be hexagonal. The hexagonal shape has a large contact area when a large number of the elements are arranged adjacent to each other, and thus the adhesive bonding can be more effectively performed.

Alternatively, it is of course possible to use a heptagon or more. Also,
It is also possible to make a cone, a pyramid, a truncated cone, or a truncated pyramid with a core rod inclination. The second embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is the same as the first embodiment except that the shape of the core 3 is a truncated cone. As shown in FIG. 2, the cores 3 which are turned upside down are alternately arranged and sandwiched between two plates 5. Further, the plate 5 can be formed into a curved surface by arranging one bottom surface of the frustoconical core 3 so as to align with one side. In the above embodiment, the plate 5
Also, although the cylindrical core 3 or the polygonal core is fixed by an adhesive, in another embodiment, the resins are welded to each other by partially melting the resin and then fixed by cooling and curing. Good. In order to have the fiber inside the resin, there is a method of impregnating a fiber cloth with the resin as in the present embodiment, or a method of molding a resin in which the fiber is dispersed in advance. When a fiber-dispersed resin is used, the core can be made by drawing or injection molding.
