Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 洗浄籠を載置する昇降台を上下動させる
昇降機構を設けた超音波振動子を固定した超音波洗浄槽
と、洗浄籠を載置した正逆回転する回転テーブルを内蔵
し、すすぎ液を間歇的に給排水を行う供給管と廃液管と
を有し、乾燥のために上方から熱風を吹付ける熱風吹付
口を設けたすすぎ槽とから成る超音波洗浄装置。
1. An ultrasonic cleaning tank having an ultrasonic vibrator, which is provided with an elevating mechanism for vertically moving an elevating table on which a cleaning basket is mounted, and a rotary table on which a cleaning basket is mounted, which rotates normally and reversely. An ultrasonic cleaning device comprising: a rinse tank having a supply pipe for intermittently supplying and discharging a rinse liquid and a waste liquid pipe, and a rinse tank provided with a hot air blowing port for blowing hot air from above for drying.
