Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a speaker in which connection between a terminal plate and a gold thread wire drawn out from a voice coil that is a trouble in conventional assembling can be easily performed and the rationalization of production can be attained as a speaker used in every kind of acoustic equipment. CONSTITUTION:Such constitution is employed that a hole into which the terminal plate 7 of a frame 10 is inserted and a louvered part 10b are provided, and the voice coil is coupled with the terminal plate 7 by fitting the terminal plate 7 to which the cord 6 drawn out from the voice coil is connected in the hole and applying bending working to the louvered part 10b. A final assembling product can be obtained by assembling work in one direction from an upper side from first to last without inverting the speaker while the assembling work is performed by throwing by assembling a working device in which the voice coil 4 is connected to the terminal plate 7 via the tinsel cord 6 in a process. Therefore, it is possible to perform automatic assembling by a machine and to perform the rationalization of production.

Further, the gold wire 6 connected to the voice coil 4 passes through the window hole of the frame 10 and the hole or notch provided in the terminal 14 of the terminal plate 7, and further in the central axis direction of the voice coil 4. After adjusting the length with an appropriate slack in order to withstand the severe bending due to the vibration of, the solder is soldered to the terminal 14 using the solder 11, and then the gold thread inside the frame 10 is used using tweezers or the like. Line 6 had a habit of Yamagata. These are called forming work, but this work is a skillful work such as adjusting the work while observing the processing state, and of course it is a complicated work that is carried out by rotating it while lifting it to a position that is easy to see and work. Was left to hand work.

With this structure, the voice coil and the terminal plate to which the gold wire drawn from the voice coil are connected are fitted into the holes for inserting the terminal plate provided in the frame, and the cut-and-raised portion provided at the periphery is bent. Not only can it be easily and firmly joined together by using, but the complex forming work by reversing the speaker is not required, and the voice coil, the gold thread wire, and the terminal board can be assembled in a separate process beforehand. By putting it into the speaker assembling process, it is possible to automatically assemble the speaker in only one direction from the front side by the machine, and to realize the efficiency of production.

Next, a method of connecting the terminal plate 7 to the frame 10 will be described with reference to FIG. The necessary strength after connecting the terminal plate 7 to the frame 10 is the strength for the pulling out method shown by the arrow A in the figure, and in order to improve the strength for this pulling out method, the locking portion 7b of the terminal plate 7 has about 10 strength.
There is an inclination of about 10 degrees, and when the cut-and-raised part 10b provided on the frame 10 is bent in the horizontal direction by applying a force from the direction of arrow B or C, the locking part 7b of the terminal board 7 is locked. Upon contact, the above-mentioned forces in the directions of arrows B and C are converted into large forces in the directions of arrows D and E, and the terminal board 7 is pressed downward. Moreover, the above arrows B to C
A relatively small force is sufficient to deform the cut-and-raised portion 10b by applying a force in the direction of.

Further, since the engaging portion 7b of the terminal plate 7 is inclined, a gap as shown by the dimension symbol F in the figure occurs at the beginning of bending of the cut-and-raised portion 10b. Even if variations occur, the binding state is not hindered.

Further, in the mounting structure of the terminal board 7 according to the present embodiment, the user may disconnect the terminal board 7 from the direction of arrow A in FIG. 5 in order to connect the faston terminal or the harness-like connector to the external connection terminal 14b. Therefore, there is a risk that the locking portion 7b of the terminal plate 7 may come loose or fall off, and higher mounting reliability than ever is required.

Therefore, in the structure for connecting the terminal plate 7 to the frame 10 according to the present embodiment, the cut-and-raised portion 10b necessary for the terminal plate 7 to be loosened or dropped is not bent in the plate thickness direction. In addition to the force required to bend the longitudinal direction of the bar-shaped cut-and-raised portion 10b having a plate thickness of a short side and a length of at least 2 to 3 times the length, a plastic deformation of the steel plate The structure is such that it does not loosen or fall off unless a much larger force is applied than when it is attached, and extremely strong attachment strength and high reliability are obtained.

Since the terminal board 7 can be easily attached to the frame 10 as described above, the voice coil 4 and the terminal board 7 are preliminarily separated from each other through the gold thread wire 6 in a separate step as shown in FIG. By preparing the work-in-process product 16 connected by connecting the work-in-process product 16 to the speaker assembling process, the work-in-process product 1 is installed from the front side of the speaker.
6 can be put in and assembled, and the work of reversing the speaker and pulling around the gold thread wire 6 and slackening as in the conventional case is unnecessary, which is a neck of automation of assembly by mechanization. It is possible to solve all the work that has been done at once and realize automatic assembly by one-way assembly from the front side of the speaker.

Further, the frame 10 and the terminal plate 7 do not require any special material or processing, can be easily attached, and have extremely high coupling strength and reliability, so that they are inexpensive and highly reliable. A speaker can be provided. In FIG. 6, reference numeral 17 is a spacer fitted inside the voice coil 4 as a jig for assembling.

As described above, since the speaker according to the present invention has a simple structure, the terminal plate can be easily coupled to the frame from the front side of the speaker. Therefore, the voice coil and the terminal plate are preliminarily connected to each other via the gold wire. By preparing a work-in-progress connected to the speaker and putting this work-in-process into the speaker assembling process, complicated drawing and forming work of the gold thread wire are not required, and the work can be done in one direction from the front side of the speaker. It is possible to realize automatic assembly using a machine and greatly improve productivity. Also,
Since the step of connecting the gold wire drawn from the voice coil to the terminal board can be performed in a separate process, the length of the gold wire can be controlled to a predetermined length and the soldering work can be performed stably. It also contributes to the stabilization of quality.
