The present invention relates to a fire resistant trough for laying cables.

【0002】[0002]

[Problems to be solved by conventional techniques and devices]

When laying cables, troughs with fire resistance are widely used. As shown in FIG. 7, a conventional fireproof trough for laying a cable has been manufactured by stacking a pair of members 1 each having a substantially U-shaped cross-section with their openings aligned. This trough member 1 was made of concrete or fiber reinforced plastic. In addition, this member 1 was manufactured using a mold that differs for each size.

In this refractory trough, since a mold is required for manufacturing the member 1, there is a complaint that the price becomes high. In addition, in order to change the size, it is necessary to replace the entire member 1 with one of a different size, and because the amount of cable to be laid is different from the plan, it is necessary to change the size of the trough on-site. In some cases, there was a problem that it was difficult to deal with.

As a fire resistant trough capable of solving such a problem, the one shown in FIG. 8 has been proposed. This trough is formed by cutting a fireproof plate made of calcium silicate or the like and combining four fireproof plates 2 into a rectangular cross section. In this trough, a joining member 3 having a U-shaped cross section shown in FIG. 9 is provided along each side edge of each of the upper refractory plate 2 and the lower refractory plate 2, and a screw 4 is used as shown in FIG. Then, the refractory plate 2 forming the side portion is fitted into the joining member 3 as shown in FIG.

Since this trough uses the fireproof plate 2 manufactured by cutting the plate body, it can be manufactured without using a mold, and there is an advantage that the cost can be reduced. Further, this trough has the advantage that the size can be changed only by exchanging the refractory plate 2 with one having a different width, and the size change on site can be easily dealt with.

However, in this trough, a gap is apt to be formed between the refractory plate 2 and the joint member 3, and there is a problem that hot air enters into the inside through the gap in the event of a fire. Also, in this trough, the joint member 3 and the fireproof plate 2 fastened with screws undergo different thermal deformations as the temperature rises during a fire, creating a large gap at the joint, and a large amount of hot air enters the trough. There is also a problem that it ends up.

In order to deal with such a problem, the present inventor replaced the joining member 3 of the trough with a joining member 5 having a T-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 12, as shown in FIG. A trough with screws fixed to the fireproof plate 2 was prototyped and examined.

However, when the trough was tested, it was found that even in the case of a fire, a large amount of hot air intruded from the joint with time, and it was difficult to sufficiently perform the function as the fire resistant trough.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an excellent fireproof function to a trough of a type that can be easily changed in size and is inexpensive.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the fireproof trough of the present invention, a plurality of refractory plates are used as the joint members 7, and as shown in FIG. 2, the first concave portion into which the side edge of the first fireproof plate 2 is inserted. And a L-shaped portion 9 having a substantially L-shaped cross-section and forming an L-shaped portion 9 having a substantially U-shaped cross-section. A portion 12 corresponding to a U-shaped horizontal bar and a portion 11 corresponding to an L-shaped vertical bar are overlapped, and a portion 14 corresponding to a U-shaped vertical bar and a portion corresponding to an L-shaped horizontal bar. 13 and 13 are spaced apart so as to form a second recess 16 between which the side edge of the second refractory plate 2 is inserted, and the U-shaped portion 8 and the L-shaped portion are provided. 9 and 9 are joined over the entire length at a position apart from the portion 14 corresponding to the U-shaped vertical bar of the overlapped portion 18 And it is characterized in that it is assembled to the surface square shape. The U-shaped section 8 and the L-shaped section 9 of the joining member 7 can be joined by welding, mechanical caulking or the like. However, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to manufacture an integrated joining member 7 by forming the substantially U-shaped section 8 and the L-shaped section 9.

[Action]

In the trough of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, the refractory plate 2 inserted into the first recess 10 has three sides of the side edge, that is, three sides of the front surface, the back surface and the end surface of the joining member 7 having a substantially U-shaped cross section. It is covered by the letter-shaped portion 8. Further, the side edge of the fireproof plate 2 inserted into the second recess 16 is formed by the L-shaped portion 9 having an L-shaped cross section of the joining member 7 on the surface and the end surface, and by the U-shaped cross-section portion 8 on the back surface. Each of them is covered, and also the front, back and end faces are covered. As a result, this trough makes it more difficult for hot air in a fire to enter the interior through the connection.

Further, in the trough of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, it is the overlapping portion 18 of the substantially U-shaped section 8 and the L-shaped section 9 of the joining member 7, and the substantially U-shaped section. Since the joint portion 8 is joined over the entire length at a position away from the portion 14 corresponding to the U-shaped vertical bar, a gap 22 communicating with the second recess 16 is formed in the overlapping portion 18. Therefore, the two connecting members 7 can be firmly connected by inserting the connecting member 20 having an L-shaped cross section along the inner surface of the L-shaped portion 9 into the gap 22. When the connecting member 20 is inserted into the gap 22 as described above, the first recess 10 and the second recess 16 are blocked from the outside even in the connected portions of the joining members 7 and 7, which makes it difficult for gas to flow in. Therefore, it is possible to prevent hot air from entering from the portion where the joining member 7 is connected.

【0013】[0013]

EXAMPLES Example 1 FIG. 1 shows an example of the fire resistant trough of the present invention. The trough of this embodiment has a rectangular cross section assembled by four fireproof plates 2 and four joining members 7. As the fireproof plate 2, a fireproof plate made of calcium silicate (Keikalite SG manufactured by Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd., thickness 25 mm) is used.

The joining member 7 is manufactured by bending a stainless steel plate having a thickness of 1.2 mm. As shown in FIG. 2, the joining member 7 has a substantially U-shaped section 8 and an L-shaped section 9. It is composed of The U-shaped portion 8 has a U-shaped cross section. That is, the portions 12 and 12 corresponding to the U-shaped horizontal bar and the portions 14 corresponding to the U-shaped vertical bar are formed. The space inside the U-shaped portion 8 is a first recess 10 into which the side edge portion of the fireproof plate 2 is inserted. The L-shaped portion 9 has a substantially L-shaped cross section. That is, it is formed by a portion 11 corresponding to an L-shaped vertical bar and a portion 13 corresponding to an L-shaped horizontal bar. The section 8 having a substantially U-shaped cross section and the section L having an L-shape are in a state where a portion 11 corresponding to an L-shaped vertical bar is overlapped with a portion 12 corresponding to a U-shaped horizontal bar, and L The portion 13 corresponding to the L-shaped horizontal bar of the letter-shaped portion 9 is arranged in a state of being vertically separated from the portion 14 corresponding to the U-shaped vertical rod of the U-shaped portion 8. A second recess 16 into which the side edge of the heat-resistant plate 2 is inserted is formed between the portion 13 corresponding to the L-shaped horizontal bar and the portion 14 corresponding to the U-shaped vertical bar.

The substantially U-shaped section 8 and the L-shaped section 9 are manufactured by bending a single plate body, and an end portion of a portion 11 corresponding to an L-shaped vertical bar. The end of the portion 12 corresponding to the U-shaped horizontal bar overlapped with this is continuous. As a result, the joining member 7 has a substantially U-shaped section 8 and an L-shaped section 9 in a U-shape in a portion 18 (hereinafter abbreviated as an overlapping portion) provided in a state where the portions 11 and 12 overlap. It is in a state of being joined over the entire length at a position away from the portion 14 corresponding to the vertical bar.

In this joining member 7, the substantially U-shaped section 8 and the L-shaped section 9 are joined at their overlapping portions 18 as described above. A gap 22 communicating with the second recess 16 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the trough of this embodiment is assembled by inserting the edge portions of the fireproof plate 2 into the first recess 10 and the second recess 16 of the joining member 7. The refractory plate 2 inserted into the second recess 16 and the joining member 7 are fixed by screws 4 at a position 13 corresponding to a horizontal bar having a substantially U-shaped cross section.

When connecting the joining members 7 of the trough, as shown in FIG. 4, a connecting member 20 having an L-shaped cross section is used. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the connecting member 20 is inserted along the inner surface of the L-shaped portion 9 of the joining member 7 to join the two joining members 7. At this time, one end of the connecting member 20 is inserted into the gap 22 of the overlapping portion 18 of the joining member 7.

Since the fire resistant trough of this embodiment is configured as described above, the three sides of the side edge portion of the fire resistant plate 2 inserted in the first recessed portion 10, that is, the front surface, the back surface, and the end surface are three. The surface is covered by a U-shaped portion 8 having a substantially U-shaped cross section. Further, the side edge of the fireproof plate 2 inserted into the second recess 16 is covered by the L-shaped portion 9 having an L-shaped cross section of the joining member on the front surface and the end surface, and by the U-shaped portion 8 on the back surface. The front, back, and end faces are also covered. As a result, this trough becomes highly reliable with excellent fire resistance, as hot air during a fire is unlikely to enter from the joints.

In addition, in the trough of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the substantially U-shaped section 8 and the L-shaped section 9 of the joining member 7 are overlapping portions 18 and Since it is joined over the entire length at a position away from the portion 14 corresponding to the U-shaped vertical bar of the letter-shaped portion 8, a gap 22 communicating with the second recess 16 is formed in the overlapping portion 18. There is. By inserting the connecting member 20 having an L-shaped cross section along the inner surface of the substantially L-shaped section 9 into the gap 22, the two connecting members 7 can be firmly connected. Further, when the connecting member 20 is inserted into the gap 22 as described above, the first recess 10 and the second recess 16 are blocked from the outside even in the portion where the joining members 7 are connected, and it is difficult for gas to flow in. Becomes Therefore, this trough has an advantage that the joining member 7 can be easily and mechanically strongly connected and that hot air can be prevented from entering from the portion where the joining members 7 and 7 are connected.

Example 2 FIG. 6 shows a joining member 7 used in this example. In the trough of this example, the joining member 7 in which the thermal expansion refractory material 23 was laminated on the inner surface of each of the first recess 10 and the second recess 16 was used. These heat-expandable refractory materials 23 are strip-shaped, and the surfaces with which the end surfaces of the fire-resistant plate 2 come into contact, that is, the portions 11 and the U-shaped portions corresponding to the L-shaped vertical bars of the substantially L-shaped section 9 are shown. It is laminated at a portion 14 corresponding to a vertical U-shaped bar. As the heat-expandable refractory material 23, Dunseal F (trade name; manufactured by Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd.), which foams when heated and changes into an ash product with excellent heat insulation, can be used.

In the trough of this example, since the heat-expandable refractory material 23 is arranged in the recesses 10 and 16 of the joining member 7 as described above, when the trough is heated during a fire, etc. Since the refractory material 23 expands and closes the gap between the refractory plate 2 and the joining member 7, the airtightness of the trough is further enhanced, and the intrusion of hot air can be more reliably prevented. Therefore, this trough will be more reliable.

(Comparative Test) The trough of Example 1 shown in FIG. 1, the conventional trough shown in FIG. 8 (Comparative Example 1), and the conventional trough shown in FIG. 13 (Comparative Example 2) were manufactured. Then, this was placed in a gas-fired refractory furnace and the temperature was raised according to the fire heating curve specified in JIS A1304, and the temperature of the surface A of the cable 23 stacked in the trough as shown in FIG. 1 was measured. For the refractory material 2 forming the trough, a calcarete SG (trade name; manufactured by Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd.) having a thickness of 25 mm was used. The outer dimensions of the trough cross section were 400 mm x 4000 mm, and the inner dimensions were 350 mm x 350 mm. The results are shown in Table 1.

[Effect of device]

In the refractory trough of the present invention having the above structure, the three sides of the side edge of the refractory plate 2 inserted in the first recess 10, that is, the front side, the back side and the end side, have a substantially U-shaped cross section. It is covered by the U-shaped portion 8. The side edge of the fireproof plate 2 inserted into the second recess 16 is covered by the L-shaped portion 9 having an L-shaped cross section of the joining member on the front surface and the end surface, and by the substantially U-shaped cross-section portion 8 on the back surface. It is also covered, and the front, back and end faces are also covered. As a result, in the event of a fire, this trough will not easily enter hot air from the connection part, and will be highly reliable with excellent fire resistance. Further, in the trough of the present invention, the joint member 7 has a substantially U-shaped section 8 and an L-shaped section 9 which are overlapping portions 18 of the section 8 and have a U-shaped section. Since it is joined over the entire length at a position away from the portion 14 corresponding to the vertical bar, a gap 22 communicating with the second recess 16 is formed in the overlapping portion 18. Therefore, the two connecting members 7 can be firmly connected by inserting the connecting member 20 having an L-shaped section along the inner surface of the substantially L-shaped section 9 into the gap 22. Further, when the connecting member 20 is inserted into the gap 22 in this manner, the first recess 10 and the second recess 16 are blocked from the outside even in the portion where the connecting members 7 are connected, and it becomes difficult for gas to flow in. . Therefore, this trough has an advantage that the joining member 7 can be easily and mechanically strongly connected and that hot air can be prevented from entering from the portion where the joining members 7 and 7 are connected.
