記生ごみ収納容器内の生ごみを加熱乾燥させる生ごみ加
熱手段と、前記断熱容器の外周部に配置し生ごみから発
生する水蒸気を凝縮させる凝縮部とを備え、前記厨芥処
理機本体にはヒンジを介して開閉自在に蓋を設け、かつ
この蓋の尾錠手段のロック解除により蓋を自動開成する
蓋開閉手段を設けた厨芥処理機。

のロック解除により蓋を自動開成するとともに蓋開成状
態での蓋閉成操作により蓋を自動閉成する蓋開閉手段
と、尾錠手段による蓋のロック時に蓋を厨芥処理機本体
に密閉状態に固定する固定手段とを設けた厨芥処理機。
