部6から膨出部5の内部に挿入され、膨出部5とクォー
タパネルのインナパネル2との間に形成される空間の内
底部およびその周縁部位を覆う状態で貼着させた熱軟化
性の遮音材11を設けたものである。この場合、遮音材
11は例えばメルシート等によって形成されている。そ
