According to the above-mentioned conventional molding method, not only the material cost is high, but also the die cost for vacuum molding is high, and further, in order to obtain a desired hardness, it is necessary to perform heat treatment at high temperature for a long time. Inevitably, the production cost will increase. Further, during the thermoforming process, there is a problem that the low melting point material such as leather and synthetic leather to be coated is damaged by heat.

本発明は、かかる問題を解決した芯材の製造方法を提供

In the present invention, ordinary polyester fibers are mixed with polyester fibers having a lower melting point than that, and this is heat-treated at the melting point temperature of the low-melting polyester fibers to melt the low-melting polyester fibers, followed by compaction. The above-mentioned problems were solved by means of combining synthetic leather and other appropriate materials with the core made of the above, and performing embossing while heating at the melting point temperature of the ordinary polyester fiber.

The core can be made to have a desired hardness by selecting its thickness and density, and can have a shape-retaining force suitable for the application. Further, it is possible to easily perform embossing molding at a relatively low melting point temperature of the polyester fiber. As described above, since the heating temperature is relatively low, there is no possibility of damaging the synthetic leather or the like, the processing time is short, and the die cost is low, so that the production cost can be kept low.

In the case of bag manufacturing, the materials are laminated in order from the top, that is, synthetic leather 1, polyurethane sheet 2, polyester core 3, polyurethane sheet 4, and cloth 5. For the polyurethane sheets 2 and 4, heat-pressed sheets of, for example, 2 to 3 mm are used. With this polyurethane sheet 2, 4, for example, 10 mm
That is, a polyester core 3 having a thickness of about 3 is sandwiched. The core 3 is made by mixing ordinary polyester fiber with polyester fiber having a lower melting point and excellent in weldability, and injecting steam of about 90 degrees into the polyester fiber to melt the low melting point polyester fiber and then pressing. Manufacture by solidifying. The hardness of the core material can be adjusted by changing the thickness and density of the core 3. An adhesive is applied between the above materials as needed. Then, when the whole is heated and embossed while being heated to about 100 degrees which is the melting point temperature of general polyester, the core 3 having a heat traceability and a melting point lower than that of polyurethane is melted and compressed to about 3 to 5 mm. While functioning as, it is thermoformed integrally with the synthetic leather 1, the polyurethane sheets 2, 4 and the cloth 5. The core 3 is cured by leaving it at room temperature after releasing the mold, or by treating it at a low temperature as necessary, and a sufficient mold holding force is provided. At that time, the backing process with the cloth 5 can be performed at the same time, and the bending and the formation of the uneven portion can be freely and easily performed.

As described above, the polyurethane sheet 2 is provided on both sides of the core 3,
The synthetic leather 1 or the cloth 5 may be directly adhered to the core 3 without disposing 4.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the present invention thermoforms and hardens polyester fibers having a melting point lower than that of polyethylene or polyurethane, and functions as a shape-retaining material. Not only does it have a short machining time, but also the mold cost,
The material cost can be kept low, and free-form core materials for various products can be manufactured at low cost.
