トを埋め込み固定するナットインサート方法の採用が望
まれ、実開昭53−48157号および特開平1−27
2419号が提案されている。ところが、かかるナット
インサート方法では成形時の型キャビティにナットを固
定するに型表面にくぼみまたは突起を形成し、それにナ
ットを係合固定すると、ナットの固定が確実な場合、成
形後型から製品を取り外すのが困難である一方、軽く係
合させると、型合わせ時に外れて型間に噛み込んだり、
製品に欠陥を生じたりする。また、成形後の型抜きの関
係からネジ孔を立てる方向が型抜き方向に制限される
が、近年、湾曲した成形体にナットインサートを行う必
要が生じており、面直角にネジ孔を立てると型抜き方向
と一致しないという場合がある。さらに、近年、ロボッ
トを使用して成形の自動化を図る傾向にあるが、多数の
ナットを一個一個係合装着する方法はロボットによる自
動化にはなじまないという欠点がある。

動化が容易な成形方法を提供することを目的とする。

と入れ子とを分離する工程からなることを要旨とする合
成樹脂部材へのナットインサート成形方法にある。

く、型表面に凹部または凸部を設けるナット装着方法に
比してナットの取り付け取り外しが容易である。また、
入れ子の周壁がすり鉢形状をなすので、型開き方向をナ
ット孔の指向方向に一致させる必要がない。SMC成形
において、平坦でない成型物を成形しようとする場合型
押し方向は樹脂の流れを考慮して決定されるため、面直
