ると互いの寸法差から実際の取付が不可能になる恐れが
ある。したがって、バンパフェースの両折曲部はフリー
状態であるから、内倒れの傾向が強く、かつ外力がかか
った際などは容易にグラツキが生じる。

り、その表面側は上記車体Sを構成するボディパネルと
同一色で、かつその略中央部に亘ってモールが一体に設
けられる。また、バンパフェース1は上下方向の断面が
変形コ字状であり、かつ全体的に平面略コ字状に形成さ
れ、直状部1aと両折曲部1b,1bとからなる。上記
バックビーム2は、金属板を断面一部が略コ字状になる
よう折曲され、かつ平面直状である。このバックビーム
2の上端部はバンパフェース1の上片部1cに螺着さ
れ、かつ下端部には図示しない保持ステーが連結され、
これがバンパフェース1の下片部1dに螺着されて、一
体的に組立られたフロントバンパを構成する。ただし、
バンパフェース1の垂直面とバックビーム2の垂直面と
は部分的に離間する。

するよう延出される。さらに補助金具3は、その上端部
に沿って一体に折曲形成されるフランジ3cが設けられ
ていて、このフランジ3cは、上記バンパフェース1の
折曲部1b上端に沿って形成される上片部1cに密接し
ている。上記取付用孔5,5が穿設される長手部3a
は、第4図に示すように、バックビーム2の端末部に固
定ボルトとナットからなる固定具8,8を介して取付固
