ならぬ煩瑣があつた。In this type of applicator, air is replaced with the fluid to be discharged, and air is conversely taken from the impregnating body through the guide tube into the storage tank to adjust the internal pressure. However, conventionally, as in the above-mentioned known example, the rear end of the impregnated body and the edge of the fluid outlet at the tip of the guide tube are in contact with each other without a gap, or the impregnated body is impregnated as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. The edge of the fluid outlet (5) of the impregnated body receiver (7) interposed between the body (3) and the guide tube (2) and the flat rear end of the impregnated body (3) (see FIG. 6) Since the and are in contact with each other without a gap, when the air enters the fluid outlet of the guide tube or impregnated body receiver from the impregnated body, the fluid sent out from the fluid outlet to the impregnated body is air. At the same time, a phenomenon of reversing occurred. Therefore, for example, a knocking operation for supplying the fluid has to be repeated many times before the impregnated body can store the necessary amount of fluid so that the fluid can be supplied to the coating member.

By providing an applicator of a fluid in which the fluid does not easily return together with air, it is an object to eliminate the trouble of repeatedly performing, for example, a knock operation for supplying the fluid.

The front shaft (9) is screwed to the front end of the shaft body (8), the pedestal (10) is fixed inside the front shaft (9), and a brush-like coating member that bundles fibers on the front surface of the pedestal (10). (4) is planted in a posture in which the tip is inclined toward the center with respect to the axis. Of course, the tip of the coating member (4) protrudes forward from the tip opening of the tip shaft. Pedestal (10)
An impregnated body made of sponge having a through hole (11) at the center thereof and a concave notch (6) at the rear end surface as shown in FIG.
(3) is attached so as to penetrate the through hole (11). The impregnated body (3) has its front half portion projected forward from the pedestal (10) and the side surface portion thereof is in contact with the inclined coating member (4). An impregnated body receiver (7) is arranged behind the pedestal (10), and a rear end of the impregnated body (3) is in contact with a front end of the impregnated body receiver (7). The impregnating body receiver (7) has a through hole (12) in the center part and its front end serves as a fluid outlet (5), and the impregnating body (3) and the notch (6) at the rear end flow The body outlet (5) is facing. Therefore,
The notch (6) causes a gap (a) between the impregnated body (3) and the fluid outlet (5). The front end of the guide tube (2) abuts the rear end of the impregnated body receiver (7), and the through hole of the impregnated body receiver (7)
(12) communicates with the guide hole (13) of the guide tube (2). Induction tube
(2) is screwed to the inner surface of the front shaft (9). On the other hand, the shaft body
Cartridge-type fluid storage tank (1) inside (8)
Is accommodated so as to be movable in the axial direction, and a rear end of the storage tank (1) is provided with a knock body (14) penetrating to the rear of the shaft body (8) via a knock spring (15). Storage tank (1)
Install the valve device (16) on the inner surface of the front end opening, insert the rear end pipe part (17) of the guide pipe (2) into the inside from the front end opening, and contact the valve rod (18). There is. When the knock body (14) is pushed forward, the storage tank (1) moves forward with respect to the pipe part (17) of the guide pipe (2), and only the valve rod (18) is in contact with the pipe part (17) and moves. Therefore, the valve rod (18) is relatively retracted in the valve device (16), and the fluid flows into the space in front of the valve rod (18). Next, when the knock pressure is released, the valve spring (19) of the valve device (16)
Force causes the storage tank (1) to retreat with respect to the pipe section (17) of the guide pipe (2), that is, the valve rod (18) moves forward relative to the storage tank (1), and the valve rod The fluid in the space in front of (18) is pushed out into the pipe section (17) of the guide tube (2). At this time, the inside of the storage tank (1) has a slight negative pressure. The fluid that has entered the guide pipe (2) is guided through the guide hole (13) to the through hole (12) of the impregnated body receiver (7) and supplied from the fluid outlet port (5) to the impregnated body (3). To be done.
Next, when knocking again, the outside air is drawn into the storage tank through the impregnating body (3) due to the negative pressure in the storage tank, and when the knocking pressure is released, fluid is flown into the impregnating body (3) as described above. Sent. Repeat this operation several times to make impregnated body (3)
When the amount of the fluid accumulated in (1) reaches a required amount, the fluid is transmitted from the impregnated body (3) to the coating member (4).

Therefore, it becomes possible to easily accumulate a required amount of fluid that can be supplied to the coating member by the impregnated body by a few operations.
Therefore, it has an effect of improving usability.
