Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a recoil starter mounting structure for a general use engine wherein building work can be rationalized and further though facilitating removal as in the conventional example, to provide firm holdability against a vibratory shock at the time of operation, moving, etc. CONSTITUTION:A device is formed by providing a fixed pawl 31 with a built-in wavy plate-shaped spring provided in a recoil starter and a recoil starter stopping boss 21 stoppable in a shaft rotating direction and shaft direction to a recoil starter mounting side crankcase 20 and further integrally molded in a shape opened so that the fixed pawl 31 of the recoil starter can be fitted in one end side in a rotational direction.

いものである。又ボルト等による固定方式においてはね
じ部品の加工の必要性及び組立時の作業性において問題
があり合理化の妨げとなるものである。

の凹部で波形板ばね32の波形の中央部の波の谷であ

央位置に半径方向に設けられた隆起で波形板ばねの凹部
32aに合せてある。Pはエンジン回転方向でありリコ
