【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は内燃機関とりわけ強制空冷式の汎用内
燃機関における冷却フアン取付装置に関する。

ールとを互いに回り止め固定したものは知られて
いる(例えば特公昭58−13735号公報参照)。

形成した凸部を係合させた構成であるから、上記
冷却フアンの軸穴の開口縁部が振動等で軸方向も
しくは周方向にずれるおそれがあり、必ずしも確
実に回り止め固定できない不都合があつた。特に
合成樹脂製の冷却フアンにあつてはフライホイー
ルとの凹凸係合部が次第に変形してがたつきを生
ずる等のおそれがあつた。

の突出部と略同形同大に形成した冷却フアン3の
対応孔31に嵌合すると共に、始動用プーリ4と
フライホイール2とを凹凸係合させて始動用プー
リ4と冷却フアン3およびフライホイール2とを
互いに回り止め的に結合し、上記冷却フアン3の
対応孔31の周辺部をフライホイール2と始動用
プーリ4との間に挟んで固定したことを特徴とす
る。

ホイールに対する取付底面を補強することができ

がずれて変形等するのが防止され、長期間安定に
回り止め固定できる等の効果がある。

装置。 (2) 前記始動用プーリとフライホイールとの凹凸
係合は、始動用プーリに形成した前記の非円形
の突出部の先端部を、その突出部と略同形に形
成したフライホイールの凹面に嵌合させてなる
