さくなるよう凹部を形成して毛倒れを防止することも知
られているが、起毛表皮部分の面圧を小さくするとモー
ルドパッド材との接着不良が生じるうえに成形型の凹部
に塵埃が堆積し易く製品を汚損させるという問題があ
り、しかも、毛倒れを完全に防止することはできないと
いう問題があった。

流体による加熱で接着能を発揮するホットメルト樹脂フ
ィルムにより起毛表皮材をモールドパッド材に接着一体
化することを特徴とするものである。

出孔9を通じて加熱型4の型面4aと受型1にセットさ
れるモールドパッド材2の表面に被装される起毛表皮材
5間の隙間に供給され、起毛表皮材5の裏面にラミネー
トされているホットメルト樹脂フィルム5aを加熱して

に接着一体化するようにしたので、加熱型の型面が起毛
表皮材を圧着したときに起こる起毛表皮材の毛倒れはな
く、また、加熱型と受型とはその型面は接触しないが周
縁の型合せ面では密接型合わせされるので、加熱流体が
型外部に漏出することがなくてホットメルト樹脂フィル
ムに接着能を付与するための熱源を最少の使用量で最大
の接着効果を発揮することとなって接着時間を短縮でき
るうえにエネルギを有効に利用できてランニングコスト
を低減できることとなる。従って、本発明は従来の問題
点を解決した接着成形シートの製造方法として業界にも
たらすところ極めて大なものである。

隙間に供給して該加熱流体による加熱で接着能を発揮す
