Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は、理容剤（整髪料、染毛料、髭剃りクリー
ム、香水化粧剤等）などの液体類を霧状の形で放出する
噴霧容器に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕 周知のように、この種の噴霧容器としては、噴霧用液体
類と、噴射剤としてのフロンガスとを封入したエーロゾ
ル容器が慣用されている。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしフロンガスによる成層圏のオゾン層の破壊の問題
はきわめて深刻であることから、フロンガスを使用しな
い液体類の噴霧容器が望まれている。
そこでこの考案は、純機械的な噴霧容器であって、構造
がきわめて簡単なものを提供することを目的としてい
る。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
この考案によれば、上記の目的は、上端部に、ばね式常
閉弁を介して器内に連通する噴射ノズルを有し、器内
に、内壁に上下に摺動可能に密封（シール）係合する外
周部を有する仕切り盤と、器底と仕切り盤の下部との間
を延びるとともに上端を仕切り盤に固定した伸縮自在軸
と、器底と仕切り盤の下部との間を延びるとともに仕切
り盤の下部に仕切り盤を上端部まで移動付勢可能に係合
するコイルばねを、同心的に装着してなる液体類の噴霧
容器によって達成する。
〔作用〕
この考案の噴霧容器は、一般には、ばね式常閉弁のばね
作用に抗した開放操作状態で、噴射ノズルを通して器内
に液体類を加圧しながら供給し、ばねを下方に圧縮する
と同時に伸縮自在軸を収縮しながら仕切り盤を押し下げ
て、器内に液体類を所定の加圧状態で充填しておき、必
要に応じて常閉弁を開放操作することにより、噴射ノズ
ルを通して器内の液体類を霧状態で外部に放出するとい
う形で使用する。この際液体類の放出による器内の液体
類の圧力の低下相当分だけ、コイルばねの作用力を介し
て仕切り盤が伸縮自在軸を伸長しながら上昇し、器内の
圧力を一定に保持する。
〔実施例〕
この考案は、例えば図示のように、上端部の中心部に噴
射ノズル10付きのばね式常閉弁12を設けるとともに、器
底の中心部から直立する伸縮自在軸14の上端に、外周部
に内壁に摺動自在に係合する密封リングを有する仕切り
盤16の中心部を固定し、さらに器底と仕切り盤16との間
に、仕切り盤16を上端部まで上昇可能なコイルばね20を
同心的に装着するという形で実施することができる。
この図示例の噴霧容器は、器内に仕切り盤16を介したコ
イルばね20の圧縮状態で液体類を所定の圧力で充填して
おき、必要に応じたばね式常閉弁12を押し下げ操作によ
り、器内の液体類を噴射ノズル10を介して器外へ霧状態
で噴射する。この液体類の器外への噴射量に対応して、
仕切り盤16は伸長自在軸14の伸張を伴って上昇し、器内
の液体類の圧力を所定値に維持する。
〔考案の効果〕
上記のように、この考案の液体類の噴霧容器は、基本的
には圧縮コイルばねの作用力を介して液体類の噴霧を行
うもので、その構造のコンパクト性の点から、安価に提
供することができる。
またこの噴霧容器では、仕切り盤は、同心の伸縮自在軸
とコイルばねの両者に支持された形であるため、安定し
た状態で器内を上下動する。従って液体類の噴霧及び充
填操作が円滑にかつ確実に行われる。

  1. 【請求項１】上端部に、ばね式常閉弁を介して器内に連
    通する噴射ノズルを有し、器内に、内壁に上下に摺動可
    能に密封係合する外周部を有する仕切り盤と、器底と仕
    切り盤の下部との間を延びるとともに上端を仕切り盤に
    固定した伸縮自在軸と、器底と仕切り盤の下部との間を
    延びるとともに仕切り盤の下部に仕切り盤を上端部まで
    移動付勢可能に係合するコイルばねを、同心的に装着し
    てなる液体類の噴霧容器。
