[Problems to be solved by the device]

By the way, after a long time has passed after filling the contents with the bottle, even if the bottle is sealed, oxygen or the like in the contents may be vaporized to reduce the pressure inside the bottle. Also, when the pump is attached to the bottle mouth, the inside of the bottle is depressurized as the liquid content is discharged by the pump.

In such a case, in the conventional laminated bottle, the outer layer, that is, the bottle body is contracted together with the inner layer to change the appearance shape of the bottle, which causes a problem that the product value is deteriorated.

[0007] Furthermore, the shape change occurs indefinitely, and thus the deformed bottle is liable to retain the contents in the uneven portion of the inner layer caused by the deformation even when the mouth portion is located at the lower side. It was difficult to quantitatively and efficiently take out the contents.

The present invention has a technical problem to prevent the appearance shape of a bottle from being changed by depressurizing the inside of the bottle.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has been made as follows in order to solve the above problems. That is, it has a bottle mouth part 4 on the upper part of the body part and a bottom part on the lower part of the body part, and is composed of at least two layers of an outer layer 2 made of synthetic resin and an inner layer 1 made of flexible synthetic resin. In the bottle, the inner layer 1 of the body portion of the bottle and the outer layer 2 adjacent thereto are made peelable, and at least a part of the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2 are adhered by an adhesive band 3, and the adhesive band 3 At least one of them is formed on the adhesive band 3 along the direction from the bottle mouth portion 4 to the bottom portion, and the bottle is a bottom parting line formed at the time of molding so that the inner layers 1 are bonded to each other and the outer layers 2 are bonded to each other. Is provided with a slit 12 for inflowing air between the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 1, a base cup 30 is attached to the bottom of the bottle, and the slit 12 is provided between the base cup 30 and the bottom of the bottle.

In the laminated bottle of the present invention, when the content volume is reduced and the pressure inside the bottle is reduced after a long time has passed after filling the contents, or when the pump is attached to the mouth and the content liquid is poured out. Then, air is sucked from the outside between the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2, and the inner layer 1 is separated from the outer layer 2 as shown in FIG. 6, and only the bag made of the inner layer 1 is crushed. No change is seen in the external shape of the bottle as it contracts and deforms.

That is, when the pressure inside the bottle is reduced, the air outside the bottle flows through the air passage 44 into the void portion 43 provided between the bottom portion of the bottle and the base cup 30, and further, the void portion 43 The air passes through the slits 12 provided in the outer layer 2 and flows between the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2 of the bottle, and only the inner layer 1 contracts and deforms.

The slits 12 for air inflow provided in the outer layer 2 can be formed at the same time as the molding of the bottle, and are provided on the parting line at the bottom of the bottle which is hard to see by the human eye. The base cup 30 is attached to the base, and the base cup 30 is provided with a passage through which air can flow even when the bottle is placed on a flat surface as described above.

Therefore, a passage through which air can flow is provided between the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2 of the bottle without making the bottom of the bottle complicated. Further, when the inner layer 1 is deformed, the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2 are adhered to each other in a specific portion in advance, whereby the deformed shape can be specified, and when the inner layer 1 is deformed. Also, it is possible to realize efficient removal of the contents.

In the case where at least a part of the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2 are adhered to each other with the adhesive band 3, the adhesive band 3 is provided on at least one body along the direction from the bottle mouth to the bottom. In that case, shrinkage of the bag formed by the inner layer 1 is restricted by the adhesive portion, the deformed shape can be specified, and the contents can be efficiently taken out.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 6 are views for explaining an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the bottle mouth 4 is provided on the upper part of the elliptical body and the elliptical bottom is provided on the lower part of the body. It is a laminated bottle provided with an inner layer 1 made of a flexible synthetic resin.

The outer layer 2 of the bottle is made of high density polyethylene and the inner layer 1 is made of nylon. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the bottle may be composed of a nylon layer 1b having a thickness of 50 μ and an Admer (trade name) layer 1a having a thickness of 50 μ laminated on the inner layer 1b.

A pump for discharging the content liquid is attached to the mouth of the bottle (FIG. 1), and a suction pipe for the content liquid (not shown) hangs downward from the pump toward the inside of the bottle. It is provided.

The bottle has an inner layer 1, or an inner layer 1 composed of an Admer layer 1a and a nylon layer 1b, and an outer layer 2 adjacent to the inner layer 1, which are releasably laminated. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2 are separated from the mouth portion 4 by a bonding band 3 made of Admer (trade name) along the direction from the mouth portion 4 to the bottom portion. The bottom part of the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2 is the entire length in the major axis direction along the bottom parting line formed at the time of molding the bottle, though the part extending through the body part and extending to about half of the bottom part is adhered linearly. You may adhere over.

The lower ends of the inner layer 1 of the bottle are adhered to each other at the parting line of the bottom, and the inner layer 1 is formed into a flexible bag body. The lower ends of the outer layer 2 of the bottle are also adhered to each other by the parting line at the bottom of the outer layer 2, which is the part that is adhered at this parting line. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, a slit 12 is provided between the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 1 to let air in.

The slits 12 are formed on the ribs 11 by projecting a part of the part bonded by the parting line downward, and the inner layers 1 are bonded to each other by the part of the ribs 11. No. 2 does not bond the ribs 11 to each other, but forms a slit 12 for inflowing air between the ribs 11 and the bonded portion of the inner layer 1.

As shown in FIG. 1, a base cup 30 made of synthetic resin is externally fitted and attached to the bottom of the bottle. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, a ring-shaped step portion 21 is provided on the outer periphery of the lower portion of the body of the bottle, and on the inner periphery of the upper portion of the outer peripheral wall 39 of the base cup 30, as shown in FIGS. 3 is provided, the step portion 32 is locked to the annular step portion 21, and the base cup 30 is attached to the bottom portion of the bottle.

The base cup 30 has a ring-shaped bottom surface 38 formed by an annular portion on the outer periphery of the lower surface protruding downward, and a void portion 43 is provided between the bottom surface 38 and the bottom portion of the bottle.

Then, the rib 11 provided so as to project downward from the bottom of the bottle projects into the cavity 43, the slit 12 opens in the cavity 43, and the slit 12 includes the inner layer 1 and the outer layer. It is formed so as to communicate between the two.

Further, an air passage 44 communicates with the space 43. The air passage 44 is vertically provided inside the outer peripheral wall 39 of the base cup 30, and the outer peripheral wall 39 has an upper end at the upper end. An air passage 44 opening to the outside of 39 forms a communication with the outside of the bottle.

The bottom surface 38 of the base cup 30 is provided with a bottom surface through hole 47, and the inner wall 40 of the base cup 30 is provided with an inner wall through hole 48 at an upper end portion thereof. The bottle of this example is manufactured as follows.

First, as an example, a laminated parison having a cross section as shown in FIG. 7 is molded by extrusion molding. The adhesive band 3 is provided over the entire length of the laminated parison. Then, the laminated parison is sandwiched by a pair of blow molding dies, and the bottle shown in FIG. 5 is molded by the blow molding method.

At this time, the bottom of the bottle is cut off by a mold. The cut-out portion (pinch-off portion) is located on the parting line of the mold, and the rib 11 protruding slightly outward is formed by the cut-out portion. By the way, the rib 11 part by cutting is shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 and Fig. 8. With this rib 11, the inner layers 1 are completely bonded to each other at the time of cutting, but the outer layers 2 are not bonded to each other. After that, when the bottom 5 is struck with a stick or the like to give an impact, a crack slit 12 is formed between the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 1 on the parting line. As a result, air flows from the slit 12 between the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2.

This bottle is suitable for use as a bottle in which a pump is attached to the mouth and the liquid content is taken out by the pump. For example, it is suitable for use as a shampoo used in a bathroom or a large container for a rinse.

In such a container, when the pump is operated and the inside pressure is reduced, the inner layer is peeled off from the outer layer and crushed. At that time, air is prevented from entering through the bottom slit between the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2 and collapsing the bottle made of the outer layer 2. Since a large shampoo or rinse container is usually placed on the floor of a bathroom and used, if the slit is in contact with hot water, hot water may enter the outer layer from the slit. . However, in this embodiment, since the base cup 30 is mounted and the gap portion 43 is provided and the slit 12 is opened in this gap portion 43, there is no possibility of drawing hot water from the slit 12.

FIG. 9 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the same parts as those in the previous embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals and their description is omitted. In this example, the base cup 30 was attached to the bottom of the bottle by adhering the center of the base cup 30 to the bottom of the bottle with an adhesive 34 of melt or double-sided tape.

FIGS. 10 and 11 show another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the body of the bottle is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the male screw 22 is attached to the lower part of the body of the bottle. The female screw 33 provided on the outer peripheral wall 39 of the base cup 30 was screwed into the male screw 22 to attach the base cup 30 to the bottom of the bottle.

【0030】[0030]

[Effect of device]

According to the present invention, in a laminated bottle, even if the inside of the bottle is depressurized, only the inner layer contracts and shrinks, so that there is no change in the external shape of the bottle and the productability is not impaired. Also, since the bag made of the inner layer is crushed cleanly, there is no adverse effect on the discharge of the contents by the pump and the like, and the remaining amount can be satisfactorily discharged until the end.

Further, a base cup is attached to the bottom of the bottle, and even if the bottle is placed on a flat surface, the base cup forms a passage through which air can be sucked in without sucking hot water or the like. As a result, the bottom of the bottle does not need a complicated structure for inhaling air only.
