Conventionally, the roof tile roof made of metal is still actively constructed by using roofing materials, suspenders and the like. If this roof tile roof is deteriorated or corroded due to long-term use and rainwater enters the room, it will be necessary to replace it with a new roof, and the roof tile roof will be completely removed. Then I had to switch to a new roof. At the time of this removal, at the company, factory, etc., dust and the like may be trapped during the removal, various parts such as the removed roofing plate may fall, or the room may get wet in case of rain, so the tent may be used to protect equipment and products. , Tents and the like had to be laid, and the work or operations of the company, factory, etc. had to be interrupted once, and the loss and obstacles given to the company, factory were enormous. In the gym,
It was indispensable to lay an awning on the floor because the floor would warp if it got wet and the official competition would be impossible. Also, in a general house, if the roofing work is done while living, there is a possibility that it will be rained, and the removed site must be re-roofed within the same day, and the work will be inconsistent. It was troublesome and the work efficiency was poor. In any case, it takes time and effort to remove the existing roof tile roof, and not only stop the functions of the company and the house, but also increase the number of construction days to replace the roof with a new roof. There were drawbacks such as high cost.

Then, as a result of earnestly researching to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has found that the present invention provides a pair of suspenders composed of a tongue piece portion and a swing attachment portion. Secure with bolts and nuts so that the parts are narrowed, and a plurality of pairs of hangings are provided on the existing roof tile bars at appropriate intervals, and rising parts are formed on both sides of the main plate between the adjacent roof tile bars. However, the top and the side are formed inward from the upper end of this compatible ascending portion,
A building board having a folded edge is placed on the top side from the lower end, and the tongue piece of the above-mentioned hanging piece is fastened to the rising part, the top part, and the side part of this building board. A cap member is integrally formed at both apex parts from both outer ends of the upper surface part, and a cap member having a bent bent edge formed inward from both lower ends is covered with a cushioning material having elasticity. , By fixing the fitting folding edge while elastically fitting the fitting folding edge to the folding edge while sandwiching the cushioning material, and using the roof as a repair roof of the existing tile bar roof, the existing tile bar roof is left as it is, It eliminates the need for removal processing, and it is easy and quick to form a new mating roof from above, which is effective as a measure for preventing spillage and further strengthens the entire roof. The above-mentioned problems are solved by solving the above-mentioned drawbacks and the like. .

In the present invention, a pair of suspenders D including the tongue piece portion 15 and the swing attachment portion 14 is provided as an existing roof tile bar portion A 1 of the existing roof tile roof A.
The fixed at narrow useless to the bolt 16a nut 16b, the pair of retaining clips D, a plurality have an appropriate interval D in existing Kawarabo unit A 1, existing Kawarabo unit A 1 adjacent, A 1 between In addition, rising parts 7, 7 are formed on both sides of the main plate 6, top parts 8, 8 side parts 9, 9 are formed inwardly from the upper ends of the compatible rising parts 7, 7, respectively. Folded edge 10
The building board A on which the above is formed is placed, and the tongue piece portion 15 of the suspension D is fastened to the rising portion 7 top 8 side 9 of this building board A, and both tops of the facing suspension D are opposed to each other. At 8 and 8 places, the cap members C in which the hanging portions 12 and 12 are integrally formed from both outer ends of the upper surface portion 11 and the fitting folding edges 13 and 13 are bent and formed inward from the both lower ends are made elastic. Cushion material 17
First, the first roof is a repair roof of an existing roof tile roof that is covered with the cushion material 17 and has its fitting folded edge 13 elastically fitted to and fixed to the folded edge 10. First, there is no need to remove the existing roof tile A roof A as it is, and secondly, a roof with a new mating roof can be easily and quickly formed on it, which in turn shortens the construction days. The construction cost can be significantly reduced, the third is that the watertightness is good, and the fourth is that the existing roof tile roof A and the new roof can be double-roofed to make it strong.
In addition, since the suspension D is fixed to the existing roof rod portion A 1 by the bolt 16a and the nut 16b, the suspension D is rotatable, so that the construction board B is used.
It is possible to satisfactorily deal with the thermal expansion and contraction of.

Explaining these effects in detail, in the present invention, the existing roof tile bar portion A 1 is a constituent element, and since the existing roof tile bar portion A 1 is effectively used, the existing roof tile bar thatch roof A is removed. There is no need, and the suspension D is simply bolted to the existing roof tile bar A 1 , and then the fitting type building board B and the cap material C are used.
Therefore, the construction can be performed very easily and quickly.

This will be described in detail. In the structure for fitting the cap material C to the building board B, the structure for fitting with the external force from only one direction with one touch is extremely difficult. That is, there is a locking portion for engaging, but if it is easily locked, it is easily disengaged, and if it is difficult to lock, it is hard to disengage. However, since the cushion material 17 is interposed as in the present invention, when the cap material C is pressed at the time of mounting, the tip of the fitting folded edge 13 is changed to the building board B.
When the pressure is released when the lower end of the side portion 9 of the building board B is overcome, the fitting folding edge 13 of the cap material C is fitted to the lower end of the side portion 9 of the building board B when the cushion material 17 is elastically ejected. is there. In practice, these constructions have the greatest advantage that they can be performed in an instant. In this case, even if the plate thickness of the cap material B is large, it can be easily fitted, unlike the case of the fastening. Further, in particular, due to the elastic action of the cushion material 17, it is difficult to loosen due to wind pressure, vibration, etc., and the plate noise phenomenon can be minimized, and a strong structure in which the fitting portion does not easily come off can be provided.

Further, by elastically closely adhering in such a manner, the cushion material 17 functions as a sealing material, rainwater does not easily infiltrate, and a roof structure excellent in rain (watertightness) can be obtained. In this case, the cushion material 17 is preferably a closed-cell heat insulating material or the like.

In this way, the fitting type building board B, the cap member C, and the cushion member 17 can form a roof with good watertightness, and at the same time, the watertightness can be improved by being roofed on the existing roof tile roof A. It is even better.
