Since the cloth amount detecting sensor in the conventional automatic dipping processing device detects the amount of the woven fabric descending to the inlet of the processing liquid tank, it is dipped in the liquid of the processing liquid tank and stays there. The amount of cloth being used cannot be detected. Even if the lowered woven fabric can be introduced into the treatment liquid tank, there is no action to feed the woven fabric in the liquid. Therefore, during continuous operation, the woven fabric accumulates only on the inlet side of the treatment liquid tank and is treated. Since the cloth amount detection sensor operates even if the woven cloth does not stay in the entire liquid tank, the amount of cloth dipped in the liquid is small and the dipping treatment effect of the woven cloth is insufficient.

When the drive roll installed above the inlet side of the treatment liquid tank rotates, the woven cloth is fed into the treatment liquid tank, and the woven cloth immersed in the liquid becomes zigzag-like. It will be sent to the exit side. When the amount of the woven fabric staying in the liquid in the treatment liquid tank exceeds a predetermined amount, the cloth amount detecting sensor detects the upper limit of the cloth staying amount. The drive roll of the next processing liquid tank is rotated by the upper limit detection signal of the cloth amount detection sensor to feed the woven cloth into the next processing liquid tank. When the woven cloth exceeding the predetermined amount in the processing liquid tank is fed to the next processing liquid tank, the upper limit detection sensor of the cloth amount detection sensor will not be detected, so the rotation of the drive roll of the next processing liquid tank will stop. Then, the woven cloth exceeding a predetermined amount is retained again in the treatment liquid tank, and the same movement is repeated.

As described above, according to the present invention, the operation of the drive roll for feeding the woven cloth to each processing liquid tank by the cloth amount detecting sensor for detecting that a predetermined amount or more of the woven cloth stays in the liquid of the processing liquid tank. Since at least a predetermined amount of woven cloth stays in each processing liquid tank almost uniformly at all times, it is possible to increase the woven cloth retention amount in the entire processing liquid tank and to dramatically improve the dipping treatment effect. Can be increased. By the way, when a plurality of treatment liquid tanks have the same number and the same capacity, the same dipping treatment effect as when the conventional automatic dipping treatment devices 2 to 4 are connected and used with one automatic dipping treatment device of the present invention is obtained. Is possible.
The drive roll that feeds the woven fabric suspends and feeds the woven fabric, so that wrinkling does not occur in the woven fabric due to the feeding. Therefore, the automatic dipping treatment device of the present invention can be used for washing and softening all woven fabrics including new synthetic fibers and rayon.
