しかし、押しばね5によって絶対値型ロータリエンコー
ダ駆動用ローラ4が、調速機プーリ2に押し付けられて
いると、調速機単体の保守点検時に、調速機1の正確な
特性が検出できないという問題がある。このため、保守
点検装置6を用いて押しばね5を圧縮し、絶対値型ロー
タリエンコーダ駆動用ローラ4が調速機プーリ2に接触
しないようにすると、調速機以外の負荷が接続されなく
なるため、調速機1の正確な特性を検出することができ
る。また、保守点検装置6を使用した時に接点が投入す
るように、マイクロスイッチ7を取付けると、保守点検
を実施している事を発報する構成とできる。
