たねじ軸とボビンとを別個に製作したためボビンがねじ
軸よりその結合が外れるおそれがあり、外れると絃が戻
り緩んでしまう。又、実開昭53−66927号公報
は、チューニングピンの先端部をスパナ掛けするために
四角錐部となしピンの上端から螺旋部の上部に達しかつ
ピン径方向に貫通する絃挿通用溝を形成したものである
から四角錐部に巻付けられる絃は不整列となり、奏絃中
振動により不整列に巻かれた絃が解けて緩んでしまい調
音効果を挙げ得ない欠点がある。

組み立てる手間と困難性を解消し素人でも極めて簡単に
一の絃の音階調整を行なうことができる等の効果ある。 又、ねじ軸の鼓形胴の形状は、その左端部と右端部の外
径は、それぞれ中央部の外径よりも大きく、外側に向っ
てハの字形に広がっており、左端部に連続した四角形頭
部の端面から軸方向に割込んだ縦割溝が左端部の中程迄
食込んでいるために、縦割溝の基部から巻付けられた絃
は漸次ねじ軸を回転するにつれて鼓形胴6の右端部の大
径部方向に向って整然と巻込まれ、間飛びや不規則の重
なりを生ずることがない等の優れた効果がある。
