が好ましい。(Problems to be solved by the invention) Conventionally, a general-purpose thermoplastic resin such as polyacetal has been used as a material for the tip of the valved applicator, but especially when performing linear coating as described above. When a straight tubular body is preferably used, this tubular body generally needs to be formed to be thin in order to reduce the outer diameter so that a thin wire can be applied, so that the material strength such as bending strength is high, and It is preferable to use a corrosion-resistant metal material such as stainless steel that has good swelling resistance to a solvent, and the coating liquid is a pigment (for example, titanium oxide that has been conventionally used as a correction liquid).
In the case of containing, since the pigment acts as a strong abrasion material, the tip of the application destination is preferably stainless steel or the like having good abrasion resistance.

As a result, the accuracy of the valve portion is lowered and liquid leakage is likely to occur, and the eccentricity of the tip hole for liquid ejection tends to result in an application destination that is difficult to apply.

When the same cone is used, there is a problem that the production amount does not increase because the continuous processing time becomes short.

Straight tube-shaped tip body made of a chip receiving body made of a conductive material; a coating body made of a valve body slidably disposed in the body and biased forward so as to press the valve portion against the seat portion. Where the wear resistant metal tip has an overall length of A and an outer diameter of B, the relationship of 0.3 ≦ A / B ≦ 3.0 is satisfied. The gist is the application destination of the valved applicator, which is characterized in that

Inevitably shortened, it is not possible to secure a fixing margin for fixing the tip to the tip receiving body, it is not possible to obtain a valved applicator that can be practically used, and if it is 3.0 or more, the outer diameter B Compared with the above, the total length A becomes longer, and the above-mentioned problems occur in the machining of the inside hole in which the seat portion is formed behind the tip end hole and the rear end of the chip.

When the total length of the tip is A and the outer diameter is B, the structure is such that the relationship of 0.3 ≦ A / B ≦ 3.0 is satisfied, so that center deviation during chip processing does not easily occur, It is possible to shorten the time and reduce the damage to the conical drilling hole.
