の旋回レール1と、該旋回レール1に可動自在に取り付
けた旋回台車2と、該旋回台車2と旋回レール1の中心
を結ぶように配置した横行レール3と、該横行レール3
に移動自在に取り付けた横行台車4と、該横行台車4の
下部に懸吊した小型の築炉用ロボット5とから構成され
る。この築炉装置を使用する場合には、第2図に示す如
く、転炉6の上部に設置した架台7から昇降装置8にて
築炉装置全体を炉内に吊し、ロボットにて煉瓦を円周上
に積み込み、必要に応じ該ロボットを旋回・横行・昇降
して煉瓦積み作業を自動的に行うものである。

置し、炉内の所定位置に吊り配置した環状保持架台を2
本のネジジャッキで位置決めし、1本の押圧用シリンダ
ーで炉内面に押圧して築炉装置を固定することを特徴と
する築炉用ロボットの炉内固定装置である。
