The H-shaped steel equipped with a reinforcing beam 8 is inserted into a space between the shock- absorber-installing-bed 1, on which a shock absorber 2 is mounted, and the elevator shaft pit-floor 7, in order to lift up both shock absorber 2 and shock- absorber-installing-bed 2.
