く、安全装置6の回動基端側が高く位置し、前記バケッ
ト内に臨むフリー端7a側が低く位置すべく構成してい
るので、瞬時に前記フリー端7aを正確に把持して所定
の回動操作を行うことが出来なくてもフリー端7a側に
前記オペレータMは倒れ込む状態になるから、前記フリ
ー端7aは当該オペレータMの丁度腹部でもって、恰も
手動にて操作した如く下方に押し下げられることに成

が不可能であっても、当該操作レバーはオペレータの腹
部等によって正確に下方に回動せしめられるから、高所
作業車の走行等を確実に停止することが出来る。殊に、
前記操作レバーは下方に対して十分に回動するように構
成しているから、走行を停止した後に於いて高所作業車
の惰性による走行が行われてもバケットフェンスと障害
物との間に十分な間隙が生じる。従って、前記障害物と
操作レバー間にオペレーター等が挟まれることは皆無と
なり、安心した高所作業を行うことが可能になる。
