いる。(B) Conventional technology In a light receiving part of an infrared remote control signal in a recent television receiver or the like, a filter plate that allows only infrared rays to pass and blocks visible rays is generally used to remove the influence of visible light from the surroundings. Installed. Also, in the above-mentioned receiver, etc.,
From the viewpoint of effective utilization of the space on the front surface, a display unit such as a power on / off indicator and a timer on / off indicator is provided adjacent to the light receiving unit. As the display unit, a light source for display is provided in a recess such as the front panel of the receiver, and a dark-colored synthetic resin in which letters or marks for indicators are formed in a so-called blank pattern in front of the light source. A structure with display panels is used.

For this reason, the one in which the filter plate and the display plate are made of one synthetic resin plate is described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-101582. That is, the one disclosed in this publication is the third
As shown in the figure, on the back side of the transparent synthetic resin (1), an opaque film is formed on the part other than the filter part (2) and the display blank pattern part (3) which are opposed to the light receiving element for infrared detection. (4) is printed, and the infrared ray transmissive film (5) made of a paint different from that of the opaque film (4) is printed on the filter part (2), respectively.

A mixture of (dye / dye + solvent) is used as the black paint (6), and the black paint is diluted with a solvent (thinner, etc.) to an appropriate viscosity, and then it is applied to the back surface of the transparent resin plate (1). 1
Silk printing was performed to a thickness of about 0 to 20 μm. At that time, a vinyl type was adopted as the above-mentioned medium and a thinner was used as a solvent.

It serves to enhance the display effect by scattering the light incident on the above-mentioned blank pattern portion (3) from the side. The paint layer (7) was formed by silk-printing a mixture of the above-mentioned medium and a fine silica powder as a matting agent. It should be noted that (8) is a character printed on the surface side of the resin plate (1) with white paint, and the area (2) surrounded by a broken line is an infrared ray to represent a light receiving filter section.

The light transmission characteristics of the filter plate shown in the figure are shown, and as is clear from comparison with the characteristics (dashed line) of the case where the paint mainly containing dioxazine violet used in the conventional example of FIG. 3 is used. In addition, it can be seen that the filter plate of the above-mentioned embodiment has an extremely high transmittance for infrared rays having a wavelength of about 900 nm from the infrared light emitting diode, and blocks almost completely the visible light region having a wavelength of about 400 to 750 nm.

Since it can be cut off, it can be used both as an infrared ray receiver and as an indicator, and since this dual-purpose filter plate only needs to print the black paint once, it can be realized at a low cost with a small number of work steps.
