Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a laminated designed metallic plate suitable for the manufacture of a small lot. CONSTITUTION:In a manufacture of a laminated designed metallic plate wherein a pattern printed resin film is laminated to a metallic plate through an adhesive agent layer, the pattern printed resin film is made by performing color printing of a computer graphic image to the resin film by making use of a static plotter or an ink-jet printer.

ットプリンタを用いるのは、大きい模様を鮮明にカラ−
プリントすることが可能であるからである。昇華型熱転
写方式、溶融型熱転写方式、レ−ザ−ビ−ム方式、電子
写真方式などでは大型画像の鮮明なカラ−プリントが困
難である。

は、模様地に利用することも可能である。塗料として
は、ポリエステル、塩化ビニル、アクリル、フッ素など
の樹脂を使用すればよい。

ラミネ−トを省略するため、模様印刷樹脂フィルムを逆
転模様印刷のものにして、ラミネ−トする際に印刷面を
金属板側にすることも可能である。また、透明樹脂フィ
ルムラミネ−トの代わりに紫外線吸収剤を含むクリヤ−
塗料を塗装しても耐候性を向上させることができる。

ルムをBA仕上げステンレス鋼板(板厚0.27mm、
寸法914mm×1829mm)にウレタン系接着剤を
用いてラミネ−トした。得られた積層意匠鋼板は鮮明な
模様であった。

ることにより作製することを特徴とする積層意匠金属板
の製造方法。
