In order to increase the amount of heat radiation in the above method, there is adopted a means of enlarging the fins, increasing the number of fins, or using a large fan to increase the air volume of the fan.

[従来技術の課題] このため、熱交換装置が大型化するという欠点がある。[Problems of the prior art] Therefore, there is a drawback that the heat exchange device becomes large.

However, in this proposal, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a jet nozzle 3 for jetting water in a conical shape is provided on the side of the heat exchanger body 1 of the heat exchange device, and the number of the nozzles 3 is minimized. The distance L between the nozzle 3 and the fin 2 of the vertical pipe 4 through which the object to be cooled passes is set to be large, and the nozzle 3
Has a large back pressure. For this reason, there is a drawback that the large distance L is inevitably inevitably increased and a large pump is required because the back pressure is increased.

[Embodiment] FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a heat exchanger body, 2 is a fin, 4 is a vertical pipe through which an object to be cooled passes, and 5 is an obliquely lower portion of the heat exchanger body 1. The water supply port 6 of the spray pipe 5 is connected to a water supply pump (not shown).

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the spray pipe is arranged diagonally below the heat exchanger body, and water is sprayed obliquely upward from the spray pipe to land on the fins. May be close to the fins, and it is possible to make the size smaller by this amount, and to provide a large number of fountain holes for the spray pipes, and to adjust the back pressure to evenly wet the fins and improve efficiency. You can Further, since the back pressure is small, the pump can be downsized.
