SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention stops the use of non-disintegrating materials used for maintaining the functions of existing sanitary materials such as sanitary belts and disposable diapers, and achieves the same function. It uses an inexpensive system which has water-disintegration under certain conditions and which is superior in production efficiency to existing products. That is, as described above, existing sanitary belts, sanitary materials such as disposable diapers use a porous sheet on the surface in contact with the body, and a leakproof film on the opposite surface. However, since these materials are non-disintegrating to water, it becomes impossible to put them into a toilet after use and to release them. Therefore, in the present invention, at the time of use, in a condition where the amount of water is small, it has water resistance to withstand use, and when it is put into a toilet with a large amount of water, it is disintegrated into water and discharged, so that a hydrophobic polymer is used. With the printing ink as a raw material, on the surface that comes into contact with the body,
A halftone dot, lattice or linear discontinuous film that can absorb water is printed, and the opposite side, which is required to be leak-proof, is mainly made of continuous polyethylene oxide. Print or paint the film. As the polyethylene oxide, it is desirable to use one having an average molecular weight of about 10 to 5,000,000. Polyethylene oxide is a relatively inexpensive material, is a safe polymer that is completely soluble in water and soluble in common organic solvents such as alcohols, esters, ketones, halogenated hydrocarbons and glycols. However, since the dissolution rate in water is very slow, satisfactory results can be obtained in leakproofness when printing or painting in a continuous film as described above.
Since it takes time to disintegrate in water, the disintegration rate in water can be promoted by adding glycerin or polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 1000 or less as a plasticizer. Further, if necessary, a super absorbent polymer may be mixed to further improve the water absorbing ability. As the printing method, gravure printing, flexo printing,
Each method such as silk screen printing can be adopted, and each method such as gravure coating and roll coating can be adopted as a coating method. It should be noted that since existing physiological belts and disposable diapers usually use a film or porous sheet of 20 to 100 microns, the thickness of the printing or coating film can be determined based on these values. The surface that comes into contact with the body should avoid contact with the absorbent layer that has absorbed water, and a dry and soft feel is desired. Therefore, use a foaming ink that foams into a sponge, if necessary, in the form of dots, grids or It is desirable to print linearly. In addition, it is common that the print pattern is almost uniform, but it is not always necessary to average it, and it is possible to give changes such as high density in a certain part, and further The thickness of the line may be changed. In the production of existing sanitary materials such as sanitary belts and disposable diapers, a method is used in which a non-disintegrating porous layer and an absorptive layer are superposed on water and heat-bonded to each other. In the invention, a very simple method of performing printing or coating on both surfaces of the absorbent layer and performing heat drying is sufficient, and further, foaming,
There is an advantage that coloring and printing of a product name can be performed at the same time, and a large reduction in manufacturing cost can be expected. As the main absorbent layer (absorbent sheet), it is preferable to use pulp or a sheet containing pulp as a main component and dispersing polyethylene oxide having an average molecular weight of 100,000 to 5,000,000 as a water-soluble hot melt adhesive. It is a sheet formed by adding polyethylene oxide as a water-solubilizing agent for maintaining the shape. On the surface of this pulp sheet that comes into contact with the body, dot printing, grid-like or linear printing is performed with a hydrophobic printing ink. During use, this hydrophobic printing surface comes into contact with the body and Made to absorb menstrual blood and urine. Further, the sanitary material of the present invention comprises a printing layer / absorbent sheet / printing or coating layer, and if necessary, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer / releasing silicone layer / water disintegrating paper on the surface of the printing or coating layer. May be stacked. For example, water-disintegratable paper (pulp / polyvinyl alcohol = 95/5) coated with release silicone can be used. In use, the hygiene material of the present invention processed as described above has a dry touch feeling because the body-contacting portion is a hydrophobic dot-like, grid-like or linear printing surface. , The liquid passes through the non-printing surface and is absorbed by the absorbing layer. The absorbed liquid is prevented from permeating from the absorbent layer to the outside in a printing or coating layer of a continuous film which is superposed, and exhibits a leakproof effect.
However, after use, the sanitary material of the present invention easily disintegrates in water when it is discarded, so that it can be put into a toilet and discharged. In addition, when cutting the laminated materials into the required shape as described above and heating the periphery along the shape, the polyethylene oxide of the water-soluble polymer added inside the material is water-soluble hot melt adhesive. It can act as an agent and maintain its form. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can employ gravure printing, flexographic printing, and silk screen printing as printing methods, and is superior in production efficiency to conventional production methods, and in terms of the environment, solves social problems regarding disposal. It is intended to provide a system capable of.

Example 1 A silk screen ink consisting of 5 parts by weight of zeolite, 5 parts by weight of strong oxidative polymerization and 90 parts by weight of 8-nylon varnish was used as a pulp sheet (pulp / polyvinyl alcohol = 95 /
5 and a thickness of about 2 mm) are printed on one side with halftone dots and grids as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, respectively, and on the other side, 5 parts by weight of polyethylene oxide having an average molecular weight of 200,000 and an average molecular weight of A continuous film was printed with a silk screen ink composed of 5 parts by weight of 400 polyethylene glycol and 90 parts by weight of ethanol. The sheet (FIG. 3) obtained here was cut, the physiological band was adjusted, and the sheet was subjected to a practical test.
It should be noted that in FIG. 3, the layers are shown separated for easy understanding, but they are in contact with each other in practical use. The menstrual band of the present invention showed the same menstrual blood absorption and leakage prevention properties as those of existing products, an excellent deodorizing effect, and water resistance and feel during use. Furthermore, it was disintegrated in the water in the toilet and could be discharged. Example 2 In Example 1, the same printing as in Example 1 was performed using a pulp sheet having a thickness of 5 mm instead of the pulp sheet having a thickness of 2 mm, and the paper diaper was cut to prepare a practical diaper. did. The paper diaper of the present invention exhibited the same urine absorption performance, leak prevention performance, excellent deodorization performance, water resistance during use, and feel as with existing products. Furthermore, it collapsed in the water in the toilet and could be discharged.
