Abstract

PURPOSE:To from continuously a paper cylinder for a large-sized paper bag which does not receive any ristriction of a printing machine. CONSTITUTION:Papers 1A and 1B for bags are fed into a folding machine 11A by means of a paper feeding machine 10A. One side part of each of the papers 1A and 1B for bags is folded into approximately an M-shape by means of the folding machine 11A. The paper 1A for the bag folded by means of the folding machine 11A is placed on a rail by means of a paper transferring apparatus 12A. This paper 1A for the bag is carried by means of a carrying apparatus 16 and after a paste is applied thereon by means of a pasting apparatus, it is carried on the rail. On the other hand, the paper 1B for the bag is turned over by means of a reversing lever and a paper reversing and carrying apparatus 12B and is kept in waiting for on the rail to laminate the papers 1A and 1B. Then, the papers 1A and 1B laminated up and down are bonded together by means of a press apparatus to mold a paper cylinder for a paper bag. Therefore, as the paper cylinder 3 for the paper bag is molded by using two sheets of papers 1A and 1B, the width for the paper bag plus a folding space of one side is enough for the width of the papers 1A and 1B for the bags.

By the way, in recent years, a landscape, a person, or various patterns may be printed on a paper bag in order to enhance the decorativeness of the paper bag. When printing on the paper bag, the paper bag is folded. The bag paper 1 is printed before the bag paper 1 is folded. A sheet-fed printing machine is mainly used for printing on the bag paper 1, but there is a limit to the body width size of a general sheet-fed printing machine. Naturally, the width W of the printable bag paper 1 is the body width. Within the maximum width of size. However, in the conventional method of folding the bag paper 1 into two to form the paper tube 3, the width of the paper bag including the folding portion 2 is at least twice as large as the bag width. If the bag width of the paper tube 3 is a standard size, it is within the range of the body width size of a general sheet-fed printing machine, and printing on the bag paper 1 is not hindered. There are some large-sized paper bags whose width exceeds 500 mm. As described above, in the large-sized paper bag, the width W of the bag paper 1 is 1200 mm or more in the method of folding the paper cylinder 3 in two and the maximum width (1200 mm) of the body width size of a general sheet-fed printing press is obtained.
Will exceed. Therefore, it is impossible to print the bag paper 1 by a general sheet-fed printing machine, and a custom-made sheet-fed printing machine having a large body width size is required to print a large-sized paper bag. It is virtually impossible to use a printing machine, and even if a custom-made sheet-fed printing machine is used, the manufacturing cost will be extremely high. I had to rely on.

According to the present invention, the bag paper is supplied to the folding machine by the paper supply device, and the leading edge of the bag paper is folded into a substantially M-shape by the folding machine. Then, the bag paper folded by one of the folding machines is placed on the rail by the paper feeding device with the folding portion facing the front side. This bag sheet is conveyed by a conveying device, and both sides of the sheet are pasted by a pasting device during the conveyance, and then the bag sheet is conveyed to a rail provided under the other folding machine. In addition, bag paper folded by the other folding machine is guided by the reversing mechanism in the direction opposite to the feeding direction of the paper feeding device, and is pulled out by the paper reversing feeding device so that the folding part is on the back side and stands by on the rail. Then, after that, the bag paper adhered by the conveying device sneaks into the lower surface side of the bag paper waiting on the rail, and the bag papers are vertically stacked. Then, the bag sheets stacked vertically are conveyed to the pressing device by the conveying device, and are bonded by the pressing device to form a paper tube for a paper bag. Since the paper cylinder for a paper bag molded in this way is formed by bonding two bag papers together, the width of the bag paper is the width of the paper bag plus the approximately M-shaped folded portion. It is possible, and the width can be sufficiently limited to be printed by a general printing machine.

Bag papers 1A, 1 sent to the folding machines 11A, 11B
B first enters the inside of the first folding guide body 50, and when its leading edge abuts against the stopper 54, the bag papers 1A and 1B are loosened by the rotation of the suction drum 49. In this case, since the folding guide body 50 receives the bag sheets 1A and 1B in the initial state, it is in close contact with the peripheral surface of the suction drum 49 and along the feeding direction of the bag sheets 1A and 1B supplied by the suction drum 49. Although it is inclined rearward, after it has entered the inside of the first folding guide body 50, it stands up while being rotated counterclockwise from the inclined state by the cam 57 that drives the first folding guide body 50. Thus, the slack portions of the bag sheets 1A and 1B are guided to the first pinching roller 53A side by changing the direction of the first folding guide body 50 in this manner. And bag paper 1
The slack generated in A and 1B is absorbed by the suction drum 49 and the first sandwiching roller.
By being bitten by 53A, a glue allowance 2A is formed on the leading end side of the bag sheets 1A and 1B in the feeding direction as shown in FIG. 11 (A). Thereafter, the bag sheets 1A and 1B with the glue margin 2A folded are sent out by the rotation of the suction drum 49 and the first and second sandwiching rollers 53A and 53B.
Enters the second folding guide body 51 arranged between the suction drum 49 and the third sandwiching roller 53C, and the slack generated in the bag sheets 1A and 1B is caught by the second and third sandwiching rollers 53B and 53C. Then, as shown in FIG. 11B, a substantially Z-shaped folded portion 2B is formed. The folding portion 2B folded in this way is guided into the third folding guide body 52 which is arranged so as to face the front side in the rotational feed direction of the second and third sandwiching rollers 53B and 53C. The 3-fold guide 52 is attached to the bag paper 1A by the cam 57A,
In synchronism with the sheet feeding of 1B, the sheet moves in parallel to the side of the fourth sandwiching roller 53D and stops at a position in close contact with the fourth sandwiching roller 53D. Simultaneously with this, the paper pressing roller 66 descends by the cam 58B and sandwiches the bag papers 1A and 1B, and the third nipping roller.
Hit 53C. For this reason, the looseness of the bag papers 1A and 1B caused by the paper feed is caused by the third and fourth nipping rollers 53.
C and 53D, the third and fourth nipping rollers 53C and 53D rotate to feed the bag sheets 1A and 1B downward while biting the looseness of the bag sheets 1A and 1B.
As shown in FIG. 11 (C), a substantially M-shaped folding section 2 is formed on one side of the bag sheets 1A and 1B. In the folding operation of the bag sheets 1A and 1B, the bag sheet 1A is first folded by the folding machine 11A, and after a predetermined time elapses, the bag sheet 1B is folded by the folding machine 11B.

At this time, the clamp member 76 is held in a state where the engaging roller 78 provided on the upper surface of the clamp member 76 abuts against the U-shaped receiving portion 77 and is opened, and the bag sheet 1A guided by the guide plate 85.
Into the clamp member 76. Then, the slide body 74 moves along the cam plate 71 by the rotation of the eccentric cam 84, and the roller 75 attached to the slide body 74 moves from the inclined portion 73B to the flat portion 73A as the slide body 74 moves. Since the engaging roller 78 disengages from the receiving portion 77 and the clamp member 76 is closed by a spring (not shown), the clamp member 76 holds the folding portion 2 of the bag sheet 1A, and in this state, the slide body 74 is moved to move the bag. Pull out the paper 1A and rail 13
Put on. The bag paper 1A thus guided on the rails 13 is sent out to the folding machine 11B side by the conveying device 16 and is fed to both sides of the bag paper 1A by the gluing device 17 provided at substantially the center of the folding machines 11A and 11B. The edge (one side is the margin 2A) is glued. Then, the glued bag paper 1A is sent to the rail 14 on the side of the paper reversing / feeding device 12B by the carrying device 16.

As described above, according to the present invention, the two bags 1
The paper width of the bag papers 1A and 1B is half that of the conventional paper tube 3 that is formed by folding two long sheets of paper by forming a paper tube 3 for a paper bag by bonding A and 1B together. Therefore, even when the paper cylinder 3 for a large paper bag having a large bag width is molded, the paper width of the bag papers 1A and 1B can be suppressed within the range of a general sheet-fed printing press size. Since the printed paper bag 1A, 1B can be used to automatically and continuously form the paper cylinder 3 for a large paper bag having excellent decorativeness, conventionally, the manual operation of the paper cylinder 3 is automated. However, the manufacturing cost can be significantly reduced.
