内装させ、それらのピース32の室外側上端部とピース
33の室内側下端部に楔部32a,33aを形成して構
成してあり、ハンドル8の引寄せ側への回動操作で前記
楔部32a,33aが上枠3及び下枠2に当接すると共
に内障子12を室外側へ引寄せるようにしてある。ピー
ス32,33の上下移動は、例えばハンドル18に一体
的に取付けられた図示しない回動可能な円板とクランク
