よる塗料液面の上下動が、前記パイプ受け部材の内周面
の範囲内で行われるように前記パイプ受け部材を所定の
長さだけ前記有底パイプの開口部に挿嵌したものであ
る。また、マスキング部材のパイプとの接触部にリップ
部を形成したり、マスキング部材の外周端部にOリング
を環装するとよい。
