【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は、通気水並びに密封の両機能を備えた
グロメツトに関するものである。

イルハウス1に明けられた穴2は、第5図Aで示
すように、ホイルハウス1の電着塗装の際にホイ
ルハウス1内のエアを逃すためのものである。し
かし、電着塗装後にホイルハウス1内に塩ビゾル
4を吹き付けるために、塩ビゾル4が穴2より吹
き出さないよう第5図Bで示すように穴2をマス
キング3で塞ぎ、第5図Cで示すように塩ビゾル
4を吹き付け、その後第5図Dで示すようにマス
キング3を取り除いて穴2にグロメツト5を嵌着
密封している。

に開設した割溝と、前記大幅の凹溝内において円
筒部の外周面に前記割溝と平行に突設した複数の
小突起とを備えたものである。

時に得られ、マスキングの粘付け、剥離作業の工
数を削減することができる。また、、大幅の凹溝
内において円筒部の外周面に複数の小突起を割溝
と平行に突設した構成により、穴には小突起によ
る点接触で嵌着され、円筒部前周面への塗料の付
着を防止する。
