Abstract

(57)【要約】 【構成】 Ｄ，Ｌ−リジン・アセチルサリチレート及び
メトクロプラミド塩酸塩の混合物を適当な賦形剤と共に
含有することを特徴とする飲料溶液剤のための粉末剤に
関する。 【効果】 本発明は簡便に服用できる偏頭痛処置用の粉
末剤である。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】本発明は、リジン・アセチルサリチレート
及びメトクロプラミドを基礎とする、サシエ形態（袋形
態）で利用可能な飲用に適する溶液（飲料溶液）用の粉
末剤に関する。メトクロプラミドを鎮痛剤、例えばパラ
セタモールと錠剤形態に組み合わせることは欧州特許Ｅ
Ｐ ００１１４９０号に既に記載されている。メトクロ
プラミドをアセチルサリチル酸と発泡性錠剤の形態に組
み合わせることも知られている。
【０００２】本発明者らは、Ｄ，Ｌ−リジン・アセチル
サリチレート及びメトクロプラミド塩酸塩の混合物を含
有する、サシエ剤として販売され得る粉末を開発した。
メトクロプラミド塩酸塩は好ましくは、メトクロプラミ
ド一塩酸塩一水和物である。Ｄ，Ｌ−リジン・アセチル
サリチレートは広く知られている、水に溶解し安定であ
る鎮痛剤であり、これはアセチルサリチル酸の局所消化
寛容性が大きく改善されたものである。メトクロプラミ
ド一塩酸塩も広く知られている治療剤である。本発明の
組合わせ物を含有する飲料溶液剤のための粉末剤を経口
投与すると、偏頭痛の有効な処置を行うことができる。
【０００３】本発明の組合わせ物はアセチルサリチル酸
４５０−１３５０mｇ及びメトクロプラミド一塩酸塩に
相当する量を含有することができる。好ましい本発明の
組成物は、リジン・アセチルサリチレート１６２０mｇ
及びメトクロプラミド一塩酸塩一水和物１０．５４mｇ
を、即ちアセチルサリチル酸９００mｇ及びメトクロプ
ラミド一塩酸塩１０mｇに相当する量を含有する。飲料
溶液用の粉末剤は、そのような粉末剤を製剤化し調製す
るのに普通に使用されるグリシンなどの滑沢剤、芳香剤
及び矯味剤などの他の成分を含有することができる。
【０００４】個々の成分が粒度分析学的に適合するよ
う、それらの均一な混合物を得るのが必須である。即
ち、成分の粒度分析特性は以下のようであるべきであ
る： リジン・アセチルサリチレート： 平均直径８０μm、 メトクロプラミド一塩酸塩一水和物：平均直径１００μ
m以下。 本発明の飲料溶液用の粉末剤を製造するための方法は、
この成分混合物が完全に均一になるように行わなければ
ならない。成分混合物が得られたなら、それをサシエ
（袋）に分配する。
【０００５】飲料溶液のための粉末剤の例を以下に挙げ
る： Ｄ，Ｌ−リジン・アセチルサリチレート １６２０．０mｇ メトクロプラミド一塩酸塩一水和物 １０．５４mｇ グリシン １７９．４６mｇ レモン芳香 ３０．０mｇ アスパルテーム ２０．０mｇ 本発明の粉末剤を飲料溶液剤に調製するには通常は水を
用いる。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 Ｄ，Ｌ−リジン・アセチルサリチレート
    及びメトクロプラミド塩酸塩の混合物を適当な賦形剤と
    共に含有することを特徴とする飲料溶液剤のための粉末
    剤。
  2. 【請求項２】 メトクロプラミド塩酸塩がメトクロプラ
    ミド一塩酸塩一水和物である請求項１に記載の飲料溶液
    剤のための粉末剤。
  3. 【請求項３】 構成成分であるリジン・アセチルサリチ
    レート及びメトクロプラミド一塩酸塩一水和物を、１サ
    シエ用量としてアセチルサリチル酸４５０−１３５０m
    ｇ及びメトクロプラミド一塩酸塩５−１５mｇを供給す
    る量で含有している請求項１又は請求項２に記載の飲料
    溶液剤のための粉末剤。
  4. 【請求項４】 構成成分であるリジン・アセチルサリチ
    レート及びメトクロプラミド一塩酸塩一水和物を、１サ
    シエ用量としてアセチルサリチル酸９００mｇ及びメト
    クロプラミド一塩酸塩１０mｇを供給する量で含有して
    いる請求項１又は請求項２に記載の飲料溶液剤のための
    粉末剤。
  5. 【請求項５】 １つ又はそれ以上の滑沢剤、１つ又はそ
    れ以上の芳香性化合物、及び１つ又はそれ以上の矯味剤
    を賦形剤として含有している請求項１から請求項４まで
    のいずれかに記載の飲料溶液剤のための粉末剤。
  6. 【請求項６】 各成分が以下に示す粒度分析特性を有し
    ている、請求項１から請求項５までのいずれかに記載の
    飲料溶液剤のための粉末剤： リジン・アセチルサリチレート： 平均直径８０μm、 メトクロプラミド一塩酸塩一水和物： 平均直径１００
    μm以下。
  7. 【請求項７】 請求項１から請求項６までのいずれかに
    記載の飲料溶液剤のための粉末剤の調製方法であって、
    種々の構成成分を均一な混合物とすることを特徴とする
    方法。
