A reservoir according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the reservoir. In FIG. 1, a recess A is provided at the center of the lower frame 1,
A titanium plate 4 is fitted into the bottom surface of the recess.
A connector 8 is provided on the side wall 3 of the recess A so as to be joined to a catheter. The top surface of the recess A is covered with a silicone plug 5 with adhesive layers 6 and 7 interposed therebetween. The silicone plug 5 is inserted into the upper frame 2 to integrally form a lid, which is fitted into the upper surface of the recess A of the lower frame 1 to close the recess A, and to surround the metal. The ring 9 is caulked from the outside to fix the lid. All of these are
Covered with elastomer-10. The reservoir having such a structure is embedded under the skin and joined to the end of the catheter left in the body by the connector-8. When administering the drug solution into the body, the skin is punctured with an injection needle, the silicone stopper is penetrated, and the drug is injected into a recessed portion provided in the center of the lower frame.

The upper frame 2 and the lower frame 1 used in the present invention are preferably made of a material having a slight elasticity, such as trimethylpentene or polyethersulfone, and the silicone used for the silicone stopper. A silicone elastomer is used as the mold, and these are molded by means such as injection molding. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer interposed between the upper surface of the recess and the silicone stopper may be a single layer or a multilayer of two or more layers, and the material used for this is preferably a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive or the like.

Next, a method for manufacturing the reservoir of the present invention will be described. Silicon Elastomer (Dow Corning
Q7-4750 (manufactured by Dow Corning) is used to mold the silicone stopper 5 shown in FIG. 1 by injection. The lower surface of the silicone stopper is washed with an acetone solution to degrease it. Then, a primer is applied to this surface. Silicone primer XY (manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) is used as a primer. A silicone adhesive (Dow Corning 355 Dow Corning as a medical adhesive on the surface coated with the primer.
Ning medical adhesive (silicon content 18.5

And apply heat treatment at 180 ° C. for 1 hour. The silicone plug 5 which has been subjected to the above treatment is inserted into the upper frame 2 and then inserted into the lower frame 1. Further, a titanium ring 10 is caulked from the outside to fix the silicone plug. By doing so, thermal expansion and plastic deformation of the plastic portion of the frame portion are suppressed, and the silicone elastomer of the silicone stopper is pushed from the outside, and the needle of the silicone elastomer is always held. Restoring when the needle is removed by tightening pressure toward the center of the entry part. The production example described above is an example of the present invention, and the adhesive layer used in the present invention is not limited to this.

As described above, in the present invention, when the injection needle is inserted through the silicone stopper and further pulled out, the lower layer in the silicone gel state is formed as compared with the conventional silicone rubber layer alone. There is an effect that it shrinks well and covers the damage of the silicone rubber layer on the upper side, and self-repairs by the internal pressure.
