Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent leak of polyurethane foaming liquid, and impart flame resistance by providing a supporter material on which lubricant is applied and dried at a part between a cushion material and a metal work where it gets in contact with the metal work. CONSTITUTION:A supporter material on which lubricant is applied and died is provided at a part between a cushion material and a metal work where it gets in contact with the metal work. This means that silicone-acrylic copolymer is applied on a surface of nonwoven fabric. Rubber such as SBR resin or styrene butadiene resin is then applied on the other surface for preventing leak of polyurethane foaming liquid, and both are dried. An obtained three-layer structure supporter is processed to be integrally moulded in such a way that the silicone-acryl copolymer is exposed in a contact part with a metal work of a polyurethane foam seat cushion by integrated foam molding or postprocessing. With the silicone-acrylic copolymer, reduction of friction resistance can be maintained.

2. Description of the Related Art A method of applying talc powder to a portion of a soft polyurethane molded foam which is in contact with a steel spring and a seat frame. In JP-A-1-171912, a method of applying a release agent, silicon or a mixture of both to the contacting parts such as springs, frames and pipes. JP-A-1-
In No. 171913, a release agent in which silicon is mixed is applied in advance to the medium size. In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-277917, a sheet-like reinforcing member in which a sheet-like covering member is arranged in a portion that directly contacts the frame is integrally molded with a foam on the mounting surface side to the frame. Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-95346 is a two-layer cloth material, which is composed of an impregnated layer that is impregnated with the foaming stirring liquid and a non-impregnated layer that is not impregnated when the pad foam is formed, at the contact portion with the frame. In Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-150040, a sound deadening member is integrally provided at a portion of the outer surface of the cloth reinforcing member that abuts the frame component member to prevent generation of abnormal noise. No. 62-190554 is a sheet-shaped reinforcing member integrally molded on the mounting surface side to the frame. Japanese Patent Application 3
No. -25598 applies an emulsion containing both silicone and urethane to a seat pad.

The problems of the prior art will be described in detail. The method of adhering talc powder deteriorates the working environment and, in addition, the talc powder falls off over time during use, and the effect gradually decreases. JP-A-1-171912 and JP-A-1-171913 have an effect of preventing abnormal noise, but have no flame retardancy. In Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 62-277917, measures for preventing abnormal noise are sufficient, but giving flame retardancy to a sheet-shaped reinforcing member is not considered. 61-95346
No. 1, Jitsukaihei 1-150040 and Jitsukai Sho 62-190.
Also in No. 554, noise prevention of the reinforcing member and the sound deadening member is sufficient, but the flame retardancy is insufficient. Japanese Patent Application No. 3-255
Also in No. 98, only the countermeasure against abnormal noise is taken into consideration and there is a problem in flame retardancy. That is, in summary, not only prevention of abnormal noise generation, but also imparting flame retardancy is essential.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A cushion material is placed on a metal processed product such as a steel spring or a seat frame to manufacture a seat pad, and various methods for preventing abnormal noise when the seat pad is seated are available. It was examined, but the flame retardancy of the seat pad was insufficient. The inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive research and arrived at the present invention. In a method of manufacturing a seat pad by placing a cushion material on a metal processed product such as a steel spring or a seat frame, apply a lubricant to a portion between the cushion material and the metal processed product that is in contact with the metal processed product and dry. This is a method for preventing abnormal noise of a seat pad, which is characterized by interposing a supported material. The support material is coated and cured on one side of a polyacrylonitrile fiber with a silicone / acrylic copolymer to impart flame retardancy. The other surface is coated and hardened with styrene-butadiene rubber. More specifically, the surface of the supporter material in contact with the metal processed product is coated and hardened with a silicone / acrylic copolymer to obtain the supporter material. The other surface is integrally foam-molded with the cushion material or integrally molded by post-adhesion.

The support material of the present invention will be described. The supporter material interposed in the friction portion with the metal processed product is generally coarse hair felt or long fiber non-woven fabric having a basis weight of 60 to 280 g / m 2 , but the part rubbed with the metal processed product during integral foam molding with the urethane foaming undiluted solution. Urethane foam oozes out into the seat pad, and when it is used as a seat pad, it rubs against a metal processed product due to deformation and vibration when it is seated, producing an abnormal noise. This is because the skin layer formed on the surface of the urethane foam and the urethane foam itself have large frictional resistance. As a countermeasure against this, the weight is increased and the weight is increased, for example, 140 to 400 g.
Some of them are heavier as / m 2 and some of them are laminated in multiple layers to prevent the urethane foam from seeping out, but there are problems in terms of cost.

[0006] The present invention provides a supporter material which prevents leaching of the polyurethane foaming stock solution and imparts flame retardancy. That is, the supporter material of the present invention does not require (1) application of a lubricant for reducing frictional resistance after foam molding of the urethane foaming undiluted solution, and (2) almost no leaching even with integral foaming with a small basis weight. There is no. (3) Moreover, since the lubricant adheres to the surface, the frictional resistance is low, and the occurrence of abnormal noise due to friction with the metal processed product is small. (4) Furthermore, even if the lubricant is attached, it passes the flame retardancy test because it is attached to the flame retarding supporter.

After manufacturing the nonwoven fabric, the supporter of the present invention coats the surface of the nonwoven fabric with a silicone / acryl copolymer or mixture or a silicone / urethane copolymer or mixture. Then, rubber (for example, SBR resin or styrene-butadiene resin) is applied to the other surface to prevent the polyurethane foaming stock solution from seeping out, and each is dried. The three-layer structure supporter thus formed is integrally molded by foaming or post-processing so that the silicone / acrylic copolymer (or silicone / urethane copolymer) appears at the contact part of the polyurethane foam seat cushion with the metal processed product. Process as much as you can.

[Function] Even with a thin supporter material, if the SBR resin is applied and coated on the non-woven fabric, it is possible to perform integral foam molding without impregnating the polyurethane foaming stock solution (impregnation is not a problem in integral molding by post-adhesion). When the silicone-acrylic copolymer is applied and adhered to the supporter surface which is in contact with the metal-working surface, the silicone-acrylic copolymer does not separate and the friction resistance can be continuously reduced. Even a thin supporter material can pass the flame retardancy test if it imparts flame retardancy to the fiber. The unit weight of the flame retardant is preferably uniform.
