In the case of a shoe sole provided with such elastic protrusions 12, ... Since the groove 16 is formed, each divided portion of the elastic protrusion 12 is rich in vertical and lateral elasticity, and the shock absorbing function is enhanced. Along with that, the anti-slip function is also greatly improved. In particular, since the ground is gripped with a slight stepping pressure and the drainage and drainage are excellent, the slip resistance on the wet ground is extremely high.

Moreover, since the grooves 16 are formed radially, the anisotropy is small,
The functional design as the shoe sole is facilitated and the feeling of the elastic protrusion 12 itself being raised when stepped on is reduced.

The depth and width of the groove 16 are important for obtaining appropriate characteristics such as shock absorption, anti-slip properties, and wear resistance, and the depth from the bottom surface of the bottom cover 11 of the elastic protrusion 12 is important. A range of 30 to 150% of height is preferred. If it is less than 30%, it will be shallow and the above characteristics will not be sufficiently obtained.
The effect of forming 6 may disappear, and if it exceeds 150%, insufficient strength may result, which may be inconvenient.
The width of the groove 16 is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 3 mm, 0.5 mm
When it is less than 3 mm, the width becomes narrow and the effect of forming the groove 14 is not substantially obtained. When it exceeds 3 mm, the strength becomes insufficient, which is inconvenient.

The shoe sole of the present invention is made of rubber such as natural rubber or synthetic rubber, or elastic material of synthetic resin such as polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, ethylene vinyl acetate, polyethylene, etc. It is manufactured. As for the molding, the shape of the elastic protrusions 12 is based on the actual model number 59-116.
Since it is not an undercut unlike the one disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 16, it is easy and can be manufactured by one shot molding. When changing the material of the elastic projection 12 from that of the bottom cover 11, rubber of a different material is previously injected into the cavity part corresponding to the elastic projection of the mold to form the bottom cover. Or,
In the case of synthetic resin, it can be easily molded by a two-color molding method or the like. Therefore, since this shoe sole can be manufactured by the usual molding method, the manufacturing cost is not increased.
