DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Object of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an electric blanket having an improved arrangement of heat-sensitive wires with respect to heating wires.

(Prior Art) As shown in FIG. 2, the arrangement structure of the heating wire and the heat-sensitive wire in the conventional electric blanket is such that the heating wire 1 is meanderingly wired to the blanket 2 at the same pitch, and is located in the vicinity of the heating wire 2. As described above, the heat-sensitive wires 3 were arranged in a meandering manner at a coarser pitch than the heat-generating wires 1.

The reason why the heat sensitive wire 3 is coarser than the heat generating wire 1 is that the usage amount of the heat sensitive wire 3 is reduced within the range in which the temperature is detected, and the cost is reduced.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, with the conventional structure, when the foot is moved during use, the foot line side of the blanket overlaps and the heating line density of the overlapped part increases. On the other hand, the density of the heat sensitive wire does not become so high. Here, since the heat-sensitive wire detects the average temperature of the whole heat-sensitive wire, the density of the heat-generating wires increases due to the overlapping of the heat-generating wires, and when the temperature rises locally, it is difficult to detect the local temperature rise. As a result, the temperature rises locally, and in particular, there is a drawback that low temperature burns occur in a portion where the epidermis and the bone are relatively close to each other in the human body, that is, the foot.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a highly safe electric blanket which does not cause low temperature burns by a simple improvement in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional defects.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a heating element arranged in a meandering manner at the same pitch over almost the entire blanket, and a sense for detecting the temperature of the blanket due to the heat generation of the heating element. The heat wire is arranged so as to meander more densely from the head side to the foot side.

(Function) When the electric blanket is used and the feet are overlapped with each other, the heat generation linear density is increased and the heat sensitive linear density is also increased. Therefore,
Since the temperature detection dependency rate on the foot side becomes high and the average temperature of the whole detected by the heat-sensitive wire inevitably rises, it is possible to suppress the local temperature rise on the foot side to approach the set temperature.

First, in FIG. 1, 11 is a blanket in which a heating wire 12 and a heat-sensitive wire 13 are arranged. The heating wires 12 are arranged in a meandering manner at the same pitch over the entire interior of the blanket 11. The heat-sensitive wire 13 is arranged in a meandering manner so that the head side A is rough and the foot side B is as dense as the heat-generating wire 12.

The heating wire 12 and the heat-sensitive wire 13 are the side portions 1 of the blanket 11.
It is connected to the connector receiver 14 provided in 1a. The connector 15 connected to the connector receiver 14 is connected to the controller 17 via the connection cord 16.
Although not shown, the controller 17 has a temperature control unit, a switch, etc. inside. The temperature controller controls the average temperature of the blanket 11 generated by the heating wire 12 to the heat-sensitive wire 13
It is detected by and is kept at the set temperature. Reference numeral 17a is a knob for adjusting the set temperature.

The controller 17 is used to pre-energize before going to bed.
The power switch is turned on, and the set temperature is determined by the temperature setting knob 17a. Then, the entire blanket 11 is kept at the set temperature. Sleeping during sleep, or the foot side B, which is more likely to overlap the head side A of the blanket 11 when the body is moved, overlaps. At this time, the density of the heating wires 12 in the blanket 11 increases and the temperature locally rises, but the density of the heat-sensitive wires 13 also increases, and the temperature detection dependency rate on the foot side B increases. Therefore, the local temperature rise of the overlapping portion does not occur. In other words, the temperature detection dependency rate of the portion on the foot side B where the feet easily overlap is increased to perform temperature control for preventing a local temperature increase on the foot side.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent low temperature burns due to local temperature rise caused by overlapping.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and shown in the drawings, but the heat-sensitive wire becomes denser gradually from the head side of the blanket toward the foot side, or in a stepwise manner. The configuration may be changed as appropriate, and may be appropriately changed without departing from the scope of the invention.

As described above, according to the present invention, by simply arranging the heat-sensitive wire in a meandering manner from the head side to the foot side, it is possible to prevent low-temperature burns caused by the overlapping of the blankets on the foot side, which are likely to overlap when using an electric blanket. A highly functional electric blanket can be provided.
