を添加混合しない塗膜を被覆した金属板をそれぞれ、比
較品1、比較品2として作製した。これらの表面に大腸
菌液を接種した後、表面をラップして、27℃3時間保
存後の生菌数を測定した。また、サンプルを用いずに同
様の操作を行い対照とした。結果を表1に示す。

飯)で炊いた後、12時間、40℃で保温して、比較し
たところ本実施例による容器で炊飯し、保存したご飯は
ふっくらとして、甘みと粘りがあり、炊きたてとほとん
ど変わらない味と外観であったが、比較容器で保存した
ご飯は、風味が炊きたてに比較し、明らかに劣ってい
た。
