2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, many floor structures of an apartment house or the like have a double floor structure, so that pipes for water supply, hot water supply, etc. are arranged in a space between a concrete slab and a wooden floor assembly. However, recently, in order to increase the sound insulation effect by increasing the thickness of the concrete slab and reduce the construction cost, a dedicated sheath pipe is laid on the floor slab and lightweight concrete is poured on top of it. A so-called saya pipe construction method, in which a dedicated pipe is later passed through the saya pipe by forming a joist and letting a saya pipe crawl between them, has been developed and spread. As described above, in the Saya pipe construction method, since a pipe for supplying water and hot water is passed through the sheath pipe later, it is necessary that the pipe itself has sufficient flexibility. Usually, a resin such as polybutene pipe or cross-linked polyethylene pipe is used. Pipes are used. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the sheath pipe has a minimum required path to a target portion (washbasin, unit bath, kitchen, etc.), and it is necessary to avoid the bent portion as much as possible.
However, since it is practically impossible to eliminate the bent portion, it is desired that the bent portion is fixed on the floor surface such as the floor slab in an orderly manner with a large bending radius.

Conventionally, a saddle 60 as shown in FIG. 7 has been known as a fixture for the bent portion of such a sheath pipe. Here, using this saddle to fix the bent portions F of the five sheath pipes as shown in FIG. 9, the saddles required for one bent portion are three at both ends and the center. Since there are two screw stoppers 61 and 61, it was necessary to drive a total of 30 setscrews or pins just by fixing this bent portion, which was a very troublesome and troublesome work. . Then, as a means for solving such a problem, for example, there is a clamp device proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 64-7979. Although this clamp device is not used for the above-mentioned sheath pipe construction method, as one means, a guide for guiding the bent portion of the flexible tube 62 to approximately the center of the clamp body 63 that is pre-bent as shown in FIG. 8 is used. The part 64 is provided, and the clamp parts 65, 65 for holding the bent parts on both sides are provided. Therefore, the bent portion of the pipe is fixed along the clamp device.

However, in the clamp device of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 64-7979, the clamp main body 63 has one
Since the one or a plurality of pipe mounting grooves 66 are integrally molded, it is not possible to flexibly deal with the increase or decrease of the fixed pipes. In other words, in the Saya pipe construction method, the number of pipes differs depending on the property, and the shape and number of bends also vary, so when actually using the above-mentioned clamp device, the workability is not so much improved with one clamp. In addition, the irrational point that a wasteful portion is likely to occur in the case of plural lines occurs. Further, in the above-described clamp device, since the clamp body and the pipe are not fixed to each other, the pipe may move or shift in the groove particularly when a force is applied in the axial direction. Therefore, for example, when this is used in the sheath pipe construction method, the sheath pipe may be displaced even when the flexibility is inserted later, and there is a problem that the insertion work is difficult. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can immediately cope with the number of sheath pipes to be fixed, and even if the number of sheath pipes is increased or decreased, and the sheath pipe does not move even when an external force is applied. An object of the present invention is to provide a pipe bending fixture.

In the pipe bending fixture described above, since the fixing portion for fixing the floor surface to the fixing body and the connecting portion for connecting the other fixing body to each other are integrally provided, a plurality of sheath pipes are provided. When laying on the floor slab, on the track of the curved part of the defined sheath pipe, align the above fixture with the number of sheath pipes,
It can be fixed on the floor slab by connecting the fixing device main body in advance or by connecting the fixing screw at the same time as screwing the fixing screw. Therefore, the screwing work is simplified and the bending radius is constant, so that the orderly mounting can be performed. Further, when the lid body is attached to both ends of the fixture body, that is, the holding portions located before and after the bent portion of the sheath pipe, since the lid body has rib portions that fit into the recesses on the outer surface of the sheath pipe, By the catching of the ribs, the sheath pipe is fixed to the fixture main body, and when the pipe is inserted later, the sheath pipe does not move and this work becomes easy.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1 is a top view showing a state in which five pipe bending fixtures (hereinafter referred to as fixtures) are connected (however, the lid member provided at the center is Except for this, the sheath pipe is indicated by a chain double-dashed line.), FIG. 2 is a side view of the fixture alone, and FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along the line AA with the lid member attached. The fixture 1 is made of, for example, plastic, and has a column-shaped support portion 11 integrally supporting at least the inner side of the bent portion of the sheath tube 9 in the central part, while at the same time, at both ends, at least the outer side of the bent portion. A column-shaped holding portion 12 for holding is formed integrally.
Holding part 12 is a part that protrudes slightly so that the outer surface of the sheath pipe follows
Although 13 is provided, columnar members may be projectingly provided so as to lock both the inner and outer sides of the sheath pipe in both the support portion and the holding portion. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower surface 3 of the fixture 1 is provided with a connecting portion 4 for connecting the individual fixtures. That is, this connecting portion is formed with the convex portion 41 on one side and the concave portion 42 on the other side across the supporting portion 11, and a plurality of connecting portions can be connected by concavo-convex fitting of adjacent fixtures. Further, the lower surface is provided with a fixing portion 5 for fixing the fixing tool to the floor 6. The fixing portion shown in FIG. 3 can be fixed by screwing a set screw 81 into a through hole 51 provided in the front and rear or by driving a pin or the like. For example, as shown in FIG. 1 as another example, it may be in the shape of an elongated hole 52 that is elongated and cut to the end. Then, as long as it is possible to connect the five fixtures as in this example, the two ends of the joined fixtures are stopped, and the lid member 7 described later presses the five sheath pipes to the floor surface. Can be sufficiently fixed.

The sheath tube 9 can be arranged so that the inside thereof is along the support portion 11 on the step surface 14 which is raised to avoid interference with the set screw 81, and the upper portion is rigid. It is pressed down and fixed by the lid member 7 having a groove. The lid member 7 is an elongated plate made of metal, and setscrews 82 are screwed into the screw holes 15 provided at the upper end of the support portion 11 at two positions at both ends to be fixed to a fixture. In addition, 83 is a washer and 10 is a flexible tube. When the above fixture 1 is applied to the bent portion F shown in FIG. 9, first, fixtures 1A, 1B for the number of sheath pipes are first prepared.
1E is connected by the concave-convex fitting described above, and fixing parts at two ends of the connected fixing tool are screwed and fixed to the floor surface with a set screw or the like. After that, the sheath pipe is made to crawl, and is bent and arranged along the holding portions at both ends of the fixture and the central supporting portion. Two ends of the lid member are attached to the lid member with setscrews or the like to completely fix the sheath pipe. Therefore, in order to fix such a bent portion of the sheath pipe, the work is completed only by attaching four setscrews, and the workability is greatly improved.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is a top view of the state in which the four fixtures 2 are connected to each other (however, the lid body provided in the holding portion is excluded,
The sheath tube is indicated by a two-dot chain line. ), FIG. 5 shows BB
FIG. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the C-C and a cross-sectional view of the sheath pipe portion with the lid body attached. The basic structure of the fixture 2 of FIG. 2 is the same as that of the fixture 1 of FIG. 1, but will be described below. The upper holding portion 23 and the outer holding portion 22 are integrally formed. And in this example, FIG.
The lid body 75 is attached to this holding portion as shown in FIG. The lid body 75 has a rib portion 77 in the central portion that fits into the concave portion 92 of the sheath tube 9, and has groove portions 28 of the holding portions 22 and 23 at both ends.
It has locking portions 76 for locking to. Therefore, when the rib portion 77 is fitted into the recessed portion 92 and the locking portion is operated to attach the lid body to the holding portion, the movement of the sheath pipe is fixed by the both end holding portions, and the flexible pipe is inserted later. The sheath tube does not move and workability is improved in this respect as well. On the other hand, the lower surface 31 is provided with a plug-in type connecting portion and a fixed portion as shown in FIG. First, the connecting portion is provided with a notch portion 26 formed in the rear portion of the support portion 21 and a projecting portion 27 extending from the lower surface of the front portion.
It is a format to insert. And this notch 26
A through hole 87 is provided in the through hole 87, and a through hole 86 is provided in the protruding portion 27. A set screw 85 is passed through both through holes to fix the screw-in fixture 2 to the floor surface. Therefore, in this example, the connecting portion and the fixing portion are shared.
Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 4, the holding portion is also provided with another connecting portion 24 for connecting the adjacent holding portions. The connecting portion is provided with a convex portion on the side of the holding portion 22 and a concave portion on the side of the holding portion 22 so as to connect the concave and convex portions. When the above fixture 2 is applied to the bent portion F shown in FIG. 9, first, the connecting portions of the lower surfaces of the fixtures 2A, 2B ... Depending on the combination, the fixtures are connected together, and each fixing part is screwed and fixed to the floor with a set screw or the like. After that, crawling the sheath tube,
The fixture is bent along the arcuate surfaces of the holding portions at both ends and the central supporting portion, and lids are attached to the holding portions at both ends to fix the sheath pipe. Therefore, although the work places of the setscrew may be increased as compared with the above-mentioned embodiment, the workability is improved as compared with the conventional one, and the workability at the time of inserting the flexible tube is improved since the sheath tube is fixed.
