り、液状化を防止できるものと考えられる。さらに、外
部の地盤が液状化した場合でも、基礎直下のリング構造
により、構造物基礎は大きな変状、機能喪失にまでは至
らない。なお、鋼矢板頭部に打設するコンクリートは鉄
筋、鉄骨などで補強されたコンクリートが好ましく、こ
の直下の地盤を砕石などの透水性の良好な材料で置換
し、このコンクリートに、予め排水用の小孔を数箇所設
