2. Description of the Related Art For example, a method of lining synthetic resin on the inner surface of the main pipe of an existing pipe has been adopted for the purpose of reinforcing the strength of existing pipes such as sewer pipes, water pipes, anticorrosion measures, water leakage and intrusion water measures, or improving the flow rate. There is. The most invading water enters from the connection part of the mounting pipe branched from the sewer main, for example. In order to prevent intrusion of water from the connecting portion of the mounting pipe or the cracked portion of the mounting pipe itself, various types of stoppers are disclosed as disclosed in, for example, JP-A-2-239920 and JP-A-3-130130. The water method is used.

As described above, the inner
Felt tube impregnated with thermosetting resin in tube 51
Although the inner surface of the relatively long attachment pipe can be lined at the same time as the main pipe connecting portion by covering the tube 5, the felt tube 5 is pressed with the inner tube 51 pressed against the entire surface of the felt tube 5. Since the thermosetting resin impregnated in the inner tube 51 is hardened, the inner tube 51 adheres to the felt tube 5, and it is not easy to collect the inner tube 51.

Further, in the method for constructing a branch pipe lining material according to the present invention, the above-mentioned lining material is inserted into the holding portion of the lining work tool, and the felt collar is attached to the upper surface of the holding portion.
Connect the rear end of the tube to the fluid supply hose along the electric cable, connect the lead wire drawn from the seal tube to the electric cable, and connect the rear end of the holding part. After sealing, move the lining work tool to the main pipe connecting part of the branch pipe, press the felt collar attached to the upper surface of the holding part to the main pipe connecting part, and supply the pressurized fluid from the fluid supply hose to the felt. The tube and seal tube are inverted and inserted into the branch pipe, and the felt collar and the thermosetting resin contained in the felt tube are heat-cured, and then inside the seal tube via the electric cable. The heating element is energized to draw out the fluid supply hose while heating to above the melting point of the low melting point adhesive.

In this state, the flow passage of the fluid discharge hose 24 attached to the water stop plate 22 of the seal portion 16 is blocked to seal the pressurized fluid such as compressed air from the fluid supply hose 23. It is supplied into the holding portion 15 sealed by the portion 16. By the supply of the pressurized fluid, the felt tube 5 of the lining material 1 is sequentially inverted and inserted into the mounting pipe 31 as shown in FIG. 7, and is pressed against the inner surface of the mounting pipe 41. If more pressurized fluid is supplied,
As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 8, the seal tube 3 is also inverted and inserted into the mounting pipe 31. The seal tube 3 is reversed,
After the insertion, the heating and pressurizing fluid is supplied from the fluid supply hose 23 and circulated through the fluid discharge hose 24 for a certain time, and the thermosetting resin contained in the felt collar 4 and the felt tube 5 of the lining material 1. Is cured by heating to form a lining layer that is in close contact with the main pipe connecting portion of the mounting pipe 31 and the inner surface of the mounting pipe 31.

As described above, according to the present invention, the rear end of the felt tube having the felt collar at the tip is adhered and sealed with the bag-shaped seal tube, and the felt tube is sealed. Since it is possible to directly insert the pressurized fluid into the branch pipe from the main pipe connection part, the weight of the lining material itself can be reduced, handling at the time of movement is easy, and the main pipe joint part of the branch pipe is It can be easily positioned and the number of construction steps can be reduced. In particular, when the lining length of the branch pipe is increased, the weight can be further reduced as compared with the conventional lining material.

The felt tube and the seal tube were adhered with a low melting point adhesive, and the felt tube and the seal tube were inverted and inserted into the branch pipe to heat the felt tube. After the curable resin is cured, the heating element embedded in the seal tube is heated to pull back the seal tube while melting the low-melting adhesive, so that the felt tube is cured from the cured felt tube. The tube can be easily peeled off and the working efficiency can be improved.
