<Prior art and its problems> The hollow cement board is lightweight and has excellent performance such as fire resistance, water resistance, earthquake resistance, and design. Therefore, it is widely used not only for the inner walls and partition walls of buildings but also for the outer wall materials. However, when a cast panel made of aluminum, iron, etc. is used as an exterior material for a building, the cast panel is usually attached to a preassembled metal frame, the back surface of the cast panel is waterproof, and a heat insulating material such as rock wool mortar is used. Integrate by spraying. Then, these integrated parts are attached to the outer wall of the building through a jig such as a fastener. Furthermore, the sealing material is filled between the joints formed between the cast panels to ensure the airtightness and watertightness of the outer wall.

When the above is attached to the outer wall of the building, the cast panel itself expands and contracts due to the influence of the outside temperature, and it is impossible to maintain sufficient airtightness and watertightness between the joints. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a joint structure that can normally follow the expansion and contraction of cast panels. However, this joint structure itself has an extremely complicated structure and construction, which causes a rise in construction cost. In addition, the installation of the cast panel itself required special metal fittings, etc., so that it was not possible to carry out highly accurate construction without a professional.

<Means for Solving Problems> The present invention has been devised in view of the above problems, and includes a front plate,
An outer periphery that is erected on the periphery of the front plate toward the back surface, and a support side that is erected on the back surface of the front plate over the entire length in the vertical direction and abuts on the surface of the hollow cement plate via an elastic adhesive. Provided is a composite panel for building exterior, in which a cast panel provided is attached to the surface of a hollow cement plate while allowing expansion and contraction in the vertical direction. This makes it possible to maintain the various properties of the hollow cement plate while simplifying the construction while imparting structural strength to the hollow cement plate, and is a very suitable composite panel for building exterior.

On the other hand, the cast panel 2, as shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, is made by casting and integrally molding aluminum material, iron, etc.
A substantially rectangular front plate 21 and an outer periphery 22 facing the back surface are provided upright around the front plate 21. Further, supporting edges 23, 23, 23 having a substantially T-shaped cross section are provided upright over the entire length in the vertical direction in the same direction as the outer periphery 22. The outer surface of the front plate 21 forms the outer surface of the building, and is usually provided with a satin finish, a geometric pattern, etc. Since the cast panel 2 is provided with the outer periphery 22 standing upright, it becomes difficult for rain to infiltrate into the inner side, and the hollow cement plate as a structural strength member is made difficult to see.
Is installed in the vertical length, the thermal expansion and contraction caused by sunlight and cold air are mainly concentrated in the vertical direction.

The cast panel 2 is attached to the surface 12 of the hollow cement plate 1 with the supporting sides 23, 23 in contact with each other. Moreover, the elastic adhesive 3 is interposed between the surface 12 and the supporting side 23. As will be described later, the state of attachment is such that at least a pair of metal fittings, fasteners, etc. corresponding to the upper and lower parts of the cast panel 2 are arranged outside the support side 23, and the cast panel can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction via attachment means. Allow and install.

FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a state in which the upper portion of the composite panel P for building exterior, in other words, the upper portion of the cast panel 2 is attached. The receiving object 5 is fixed by the blind rivets r, r via the reinforcing metal object 4 previously inserted in the hollow portion 11 of the hollow cement plate 1, and the substantially L-shaped inserting metal object 6 is attached to the receiving object 5.
Insert. Then, the bolt v 1 is screwed into the embedded nut n provided on the outer periphery 22 of the cast panel 2 through the bolt hole of the receiving object 5. Further, as shown in the schematic sectional view showing the lower mounting state of FIG. 6, the primary fastener 7 fixed to the reinforcing metal member 4 by the blind rivets r, r.
The secondary fastener 8 fixed to the cast panel 2 via the embedding bolt v 2 is fitted to the dowel pin 71 of. Further, as shown in the schematic sectional view of FIG. 7, the intermediate portion of the building exterior composite panel P is attached by the same means as the above-mentioned upper and lower attachment structures.

By the above construction, one cast panel 2 is attached to the front surface of the hollow cement board 1. In the same manner, the cast panels 2 are sequentially mounted in a vertically stacked form from below the hollow cement plate 1. When the building exterior composite panels P thus formed are erected so as to face each other, an outer wall surface of the building is formed as shown in the plan view of FIG. Also, C- in Fig. 13
As shown in FIG. 14 which is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line C, a gasket g and a sealing material c are interposed at the joint between the composite panels P for exterior building. Therefore, even if rainwater penetrates into the cast panel 2 in an equal pressure state, the hollow cement plates 1 and 1 reliably prevent the infiltration into the building.

As for the shape of the cast panel 2, as shown in the cross-sectional schematic diagrams of FIGS. 15 to 17, the front plate 21 is not necessarily a flat plate shape but has a substantially mountain-shaped cross section or a curved surface having an arbitrary curvature. May be.

<Effect of the Invention> As described above, in the composite panel for building exterior of the present invention, the cast panel can be attached to the hollow cement plate very easily, and the joint pressure between the cast panels is not required. Even if it has a strip-shaped mounting structure, infiltration of rainwater etc. is completely prevented. Moreover, it is lightweight as a whole,
It has a great practical effect such as being convenient for transportation and construction. Further, according to this invention, since the cast panel is provided with the outer periphery toward the back side, it is difficult for rainwater to infiltrate and the structural strength members are hard to see, and the cast panel has a plurality of vertical support members. Since there are edges, the wind pressure is almost evenly distributed to each part of the hollow cement board, and the thermal expansion and contraction are mainly concentrated in the vertical direction of the cast panel. Since the distances can be close, it is possible to provide the panel array with a textured appearance.
