Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a dielectric breakdown trouble due to the fragments of an amorphous magnetic thin band which occurs in operation, without increasing the manufacturing manhours, and to provide a low-noise construction. CONSTITUTION:An electric appliance body formed by winding a coil 13 around a core 12 using an amorphous magnetic thin band 11 is placed in a tank 16 along with an insulation oil 15. A magnet 17 is disposed in the insulation oil within the tank 16, thereby to allow the magnet 17 to attract the fragments of the amorphous magnetic thin band 11. By providing the sheet-like magnet 17 having flexibility between the electric appliance body and the tank bottom board 16a, transmission of vibration can be suppressed to provide a low-noise construction.

2. Description of the Related Art Recently, it has been considered to use an amorphous magnetic ribbon as a core material in a static induction electric device such as a transformer, instead of a conventional silicon steel strip. The amorphous magnetic ribbon has a significantly smaller core loss and exciting current than the silicon steel strip and has excellent magnetic characteristics. However, the semi-amorphous amorphous magnetic ribbon is very thin, and the core wound or laminated with this has low rigidity and becomes very brittle after annealing. Therefore, in a static induction electric machine using an iron core made of an amorphous magnetic ribbon, fragments of the amorphous magnetic ribbon are likely to be generated due to stress during assembly or excitation vibration during operation.

Generally, the fragments of the amorphous magnetic ribbon produced during the assembly of the static induction device can be removed by some method each time, but the fragments produced during the operation fall into the insulating oil, and It may circulate due to convection and adhere to the winding, causing a dielectric breakdown accident.

However, the above-mentioned iron core protection method has the following problems. The structure in which the surface of the iron core is wrapped with an insulating material to protect it, even if a piece of amorphous magnetic ribbon does not fall into the insulating oil, is a good countermeasure against the piece. To wind the insulating material around the entire circumference of the surface, it is necessary to perform the operation while the iron core is standing or supported, and when the iron core becomes large, it takes a very long time.

Further, in the structure in which the iron core is protected by the iron core cover formed by bending the insulator, it is necessary to prepare an iron core cover that matches the size of the iron core. Has a drawback that it becomes large.

According to the oil-filled static induction electric device of the first aspect, the fragments of the amorphous magnetic ribbon produced by the impact force during assembly into the tank and the exciting vibration during operation are contained in the insulating oil in the tank. Since it is adsorbed by the magnet disposed in, it is possible to prevent the metal fragments from floating due to the convection circulation of the insulating oil. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a dielectric breakdown accident caused by metal fragments attached to the winding wire and the like, and the reliability of the device is improved. According to the oil-filled static induction electric device of the second aspect, in addition to the above-mentioned action, vibration transmission from the electric device main body to the tank can be suppressed to achieve low noise.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the wound core type transformer shown in FIGS. In FIG.
A winding 13 is wound around a wound iron core 12 formed by winding an amorphous magnetic ribbon 11 to form a transformer body. The winding iron core 12 of the transformer body is an upper clamp 1 which is an iron core tightening member.
4a and the lower clamp 14b are fastened together by a tightening band (not shown).

The main body of the transformer is housed in a transformer tank 16 filled with insulating oil 15. At this time, a flexible sheet such as a plastic magnet is attached to the bottom plate 16a of the transformer tank 16 in advance. -Shaped magnet 17 is attached, and the transformer main body is supported on the magnet 17 via the lower clamp 14b.
It is arranged to be placed inside.

Therefore, even if a piece of the amorphous magnetic ribbon 11 is generated due to an impact at the time of assembling the transformer main body into the tank 16 or an exciting vibration during operation, this piece will be contained in the insulating oil 15. Dropped, the lower clamp 14b of the transformer body and the tank 1
The sheet-shaped magnet 17 having flexibility is provided between the bottom plate 16 and the bottom plate 16a of No. 6 and is attracted. Therefore, even by convection circulation of the insulating oil 15 during operation,
Fragments of the amorphous magnetic ribbon 11 do not float in the insulating oil 15, and the fragments do not adhere to the winding 13 or the like to cause a dielectric breakdown accident, and the insulation reliability is improved. In addition, the sheet magnet 17 may be attached to the bottom plate 16a of the transformer tank 16 without increasing the number of manufacturing steps of the transformer.

In the transformer of this embodiment, the sheet magnet 17 having flexibility such as a plastic magnet is used.
Is provided between the lower clamp 14b of the transformer main body and the bottom plate 16a of the tank 16, a vibration damping effect that suppresses vibration transmission from the transformer main body to the tank occurs, and a low vibration and low noise transformer is provided. There is also an effect to be obtained.

Furthermore, the low vibration of this transformer has the effect of reducing the generation of fragments of the amorphous magnetic ribbon 11 during operation. When the wound iron core 12 is used as the iron core, as shown in FIG. 2, after the iron core is annealed, the joint portion 12a is opened and the winding 13 is inserted into each leg portion, and then the joint portion 12a is closed. Since the magnetic circuit is formed by restoring the original state of the winding core 12, the joint portion 12a of the winding iron core 12 is subjected to expansion and contraction with the iron core corner portion as a fulcrum for the insertion of the winding wire 13, and is not embrittled by annealing. The crystalline magnetic ribbon 11 is easily cracked or chipped. Therefore, when the wound iron core 12 is used, it is preferable that only the joint portion 12a is covered with the insulating tape 18 so that fragments of the amorphous magnetic ribbon 11 are not generated from this portion.

On the other hand, annealed strip-shaped amorphous magnetic ribbons are used, or a plurality of amorphous magnetic ribbons such as POWERCORE (trade name of Allied Signal Co., Ltd.) are pressed and contacted in the process. Even in the case where the laminated core is formed by using the annealed product, it is expected that debris is likely to occur at the time of cutting the blank and that the number of the fragments is increased during the operation. Therefore, also in the transformer using such a laminated iron core, by constructing as in the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent a dielectric breakdown accident by adsorbing the debris generated during operation by the magnet arranged in the insulating oil. .

In the above embodiment, the wound core having the joint portion has been described, but the same effect can be obtained when the uncut wound core is used. In addition, the magnet 17 is not limited to the sheet shape, and the same effect can be obtained even if the magnet 17 is provided in the middle of the insulating oil circulation path as long as it does not cause a problem in terms of insulation.
