2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a waterproof sheet is stretched over a treatment site to prevent harmful substances from entering the soil from the industrial waste treatment plant, and a water storage site, an artificial pond, etc. in a civil engineering work site. Even if there is, a waterproof sheet is stretched to prevent water leakage. Such a waterproof sheet is made of, for example, an alpha olefin ethylene sheet, and it is common to spread the sheets to a large extent and then to superimpose the ends of the sheet and the sheet and heat-seal them. It was

However, the ground surface on which this sheet is laid is not always flat, but a sharp object may be exposed on the ground surface or a tree branch, a nail or the like may be projected. . In some cases, if the sheet is stretched at such a place, the sheet may be pierced by the stretched sheet, or the sheet may be torn by this. Especially,
Even if this does not appear when the sheet is stretched, there are cases where the sheet is gradually pierced and holes are formed, and it is quite possible that holes are opened in the sheet by a sharp object mixed in the waste. In such a case, not only is it extremely difficult to find the location of the leak, but even if the location of the leak could be found, it was not easy to repair it. The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a waterproof sheet that effectively prevents water leakage even when a penetrating scratch due to a protrusion such as a nail occurs.

Means for Solving the Problems The inventors of the present invention have achieved the object by solving the drawbacks of the prior art as described above and solving the problems and adopting the following means. That is, the gist of the present invention is to polymerize an adhesive layer on at least one surface of a sheet material made of a rubber-like elastic material, and to block a through hole generated when a foreign substance penetrates by the adhesive layer. According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a waterproof sheet with an adhesive material, wherein the adhesive material layer includes, for example, butyl rubber, butyl chloride rubber, butyl bromide rubber, and EPDM as a main component.

In the present invention, the rubber-like elastic material which is the main constituent of the waterproof sheet, that is, alpha-olefin ethylene, vinyl chloride, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., adheres to the surface of the sheet. When the adhesive layer is provided on only one side of the sheet, it is common to arrange the adhesive layer on the side opposite to the ground surface. Of course, it is also included to polymerize the adhesive layer on both sides of the main body of the waterproof sheet.

The present invention is an ordinary waterproof sheet, that is, one in which an adhesive layer is polymerized on at least one side of a sheet such as vinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene or EVA.
Therefore, when a protrusion such as a nail is pierced, the adhesive material that is not fixed for a long period of time flows into the through hole to close the hole, and it is of course possible to cope with the protrusion from the ground surface.
Even if a nail or the like present in the waste is pierced during use as a waterproof sheet, there is no risk of water leakage, and for example, harmful substances will not enter the soil. .

Therefore, the thickness of the adhesive layer is 0.5 to 1.
A thickness of about 2 mm, preferably about 0.6 to 1.0 mm is required. Although the thickness of the adhesive layer varies depending on the viscosity, flow rate, etc. of the adhesive layer, it cannot be said that the through holes are completely closed when the thickness is 0.5 mm or less, and the thickness is 1.2 m.
If it is more than m, not only it becomes excessive, but also it becomes difficult to handle as a waterproof sheet, and the thickness is limited by itself.

SPECIFIC EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific examples. FIG. 1 shows a waterproof sheet having a two-layer structure in which a butyl rubber sheet having a thickness of 1.0 mm is superposed on a waterproof sheet mainly made of vinyl chloride sheet. In the figure, 1 is a vinyl chloride sheet which is the main component of the waterproof sheet, and 2 is a butyl rubber sheet. In this example, the vinyl chloride sheet 1 side is in contact with the ground surface E. FIG. 2 shows a waterproof sheet having a three-layer structure in which butyl rubber sheets 2 and 3 (having a thickness of 0.6 mm) are superposed on both sides of a vinyl chloride sheet 1. In all of these, a release paper (not shown) is attached to the surfaces of the butyl rubber sheets 2 and 3 until the time of construction, which is peeled off and used at the time of construction. In some cases, this may remain attached.

FIG. 3 shows a state where the nail 4 is inserted in the waterproof sheet shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 shows a state near the through hole 5 when the nail 4 is pulled out. That is, when the nail 4 is pulled out from the waterproof sheet, the adhesive layers 2 and 3 immediately enter the through hole 5 from both sides of the sheet.
The through hole 5 is closed to prevent water leakage.

As described above, according to the waterproof sheet of the present invention, even if a through hole is formed by a foreign substance, the adhesive layer immediately surrounds the hole to close the through hole, and even if the foreign substance is pulled out, the inside of the through hole is reduced. It immediately invades and blocks it, and it was able to prevent leakage of water almost completely, and it is particularly favored for industrial waste treatment plants and water storage plants. In addition, it can be used to prevent water leakage from existing sheets, and its utility value is high.
