Description of the Related Art As a tool for inserting into a water supply pipe, a water distribution pipe or the like in a building to clean the pipe while propelling the inside thereof, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 189086/1983. At the tip of the snake wire to be inserted, attach a spiral coil-shaped cleaning head with a diameter larger than the snake wire concentrically with the snake wire, insert such an instrument into the tube while applying rotation, and insert the tip of the cleaning head. The clogging that blocks the pipeline is pierced and held in, and the instrument is pulled out to remove the clogging, or if the clogging is grease-like, replace it with a spiral coil cleaning head, It is known that a cutter blade head having a plurality of elongated claws extending radially forward from the center is attached to the tip of a snake wire, and such a tool is used for grease cutting. Such a device does not hinder the removal of clogging in the pipe line when the blockage is partial and individual, but it does not remove debris continuously and integrally attached to the inner wall of the pipe line. When attempting to remove it, it is extremely difficult to pierce and remove the dross continuously from the tip edge of the cleaning head, and the cutter blade head for grease-like clogging has no grease-like deposit. Hard deposits cannot be removed even if removed.

As in the case where the slags are sequentially laminated and adhered,
In many cases, the adherence of hard debris to the inner wall of the pipe causes the flow of water in the pipe to be obstructed. In the case where a thick layer of hard dross is formed on the inner wall of the pipe, the inventor of the present invention has separately developed a cleaning tool for a thick layer of dross. Alternatively, in the case of removing the remaining thin layer portion after the adhered dust residue is temporarily removed by the thick layer dust cleaner, it is preferable to use a dedicated thin layer dust cleaner. In order to remove such a thin layer of dust, it is considered that cleaning is performed by attaching a known disc-shaped wire brush to the tip of the snake wire and rotating and propelling it. If the diameter of the brush is close to the inner diameter of the pipe, it will be difficult to pass through the bent portion of the pipe, and excessive bending stress will be applied to the tip of the wire brush at the bent portion of the pipe. This will cause damage to the wire brush. On the other hand, if the diameter of the disc-shaped wire brush is set to have a sufficient distance from the inner diameter of the pipe, the pipe line cannot be sufficiently cleaned.

Hard dust such as plaque-like dust accumulated by use for a period of time can be ground in the circumferential direction of the pipe to perform a final cleaning inside the pipe. Since the plurality of brush groups are projected from each other at intervals in the meridian direction, with respect to the radial inward stress received by the tips of the brush groups during grinding,
Since the outer end portion of each brush group can be retracted into the gap between the brush groups so as to elastically deform in the meridian direction and reduce the overall diameter, the brush group is not damaged. When the cleaning head is attached to the pipe joint portion that forms the pipe bent portion of the pipe line, the cleaning head as a whole has a spherical shape that can change direction in any direction, and the brush groups described above are used. As for the elastic deformation at the outer end of the tube, the amount of deformation of the tube bending part on the outside in the bending direction is larger than the amount of deformation on the inside in the bending direction, so it occurs due to the difference in the amount of elastic deformation between the two. By utilizing the stress that tends to direct the cleaning head toward the pipe bend, the cleaning head automatically changes direction according to the bending state of the pipe bend, passes through the pipe bend, and In this situation, the situation in which the forward movement or the backward movement is stagnant does not occur.

Even when the inside of the pipe is cleaned by moving backward from the state, the spherical surfaces in front of and behind the spherical base body lead the advance of the cleaning head and can be used without any trouble. The fact that a plurality of brush groups project from each other at intervals in the meridian direction and that there are notches between them means that the dust particles ground by the brush groups are moved from the front side to the rear side in the pipeline to be cleaned. , Or it can be passed from the rear side to the front side through the gaps formed between the notch and the inner wall of the pipe, respectively. Can be prevented. Since the support plate to which the flexible wire is fixed and the cleaning head are formed separately, it is possible to replace a worn cleaning head or replace the cleaning head according to the present invention with another type of in-pipe propulsion head or in-pipe cleaning head. Is easy to install.

1, the roots of a large number of elastic metal wire rods 22 that extend radially outward are bound together between the two crimp plates 20, and the outer ends of the metal wire rods 22 form a circular outer circumference. Further, the metal wire rods 22 in a predetermined range in the circumferential direction are formed with the cutout portions 23 whose outer ends are cut out, and the metal wire rods formed by the remaining metal wire rods 22 are substantially formed. A plurality of brush groups 24 for cleaning the inside of the pipe are formed. A steel wire is generally used for the elastic metal wire rod 22. Disc-shaped brush member 18
Is assembled by being concentrically sandwiched between the bottom surface 11 of the rear hemispherical portion 9 and the bottom surface 12 of the front hemispherical portion 10, as will be described later. As will be described later, when the cleaning head 7 is propelling in the pipe to be cleaned, the outer end portion of each brush group 24 elastically deforms in the meridian direction in the gap formed by the notch 23. Although it will be retracted while doing so, by extending the metal wire 22 in the notch 23 to an appropriate height,
The metal wire rod 22 in the notch 23 elastically supports the metal wire rod 22 in the brush group 24 from the middle position to the root portion in the meridian direction so that the bending stress of the brush group 24 can be shared. Therefore, the elastic deformation range of the brush group 24 with respect to a predetermined spring constant can be increased, and the durability of the brush group 24 can be improved. As an example, the height of the metal wire 22 in the notch 23 from the peripheral edge of the crimping plate 20 is about 2/5 of the height from the peripheral edge of the crimping plate 20 to the outer end of the brush group 24. The cylindrical portion 19 of the holding member 21 of the disc-shaped brush member 18 has a bottom surface 1 of the rear hemispherical portion 9.
1 is provided with a central through hole 25 into which the central columnar projection 18 projecting from the projection 1 is engaged, and the crimping plates 20 before and after the holding member 21 are provided.
At the position corresponding to the pair of screw holes 15 of the rear hemispherical portion 9 and the pair of screw holes 17 of the front hemispherical portion 10, there is provided a screw hole 26 that penetrates forward and backward. .

The end face 13 is brought into close contact with the support plate 2, and the central columnar projection 16 of the rear hemispherical portion 9 is engaged with the central through hole 25 of the discoid brush member 18 to make the discoid brush member 18 rearward hemispherical portion. 9
Front hemispherical portion 1 in which a pair of tightening bolts 27, which are in close contact with the bottom surface 11 of the support plate 2 and through which the three through holes 6, 15 and 26 for screws that match from the rear surface of the support plate 2 are arranged, are provided at corresponding positions.
It may be tightened by being screwed into the pair of screw holes 17 of 0. By this tightening, the cleaning head 7 including the support plate 2, the rear hemispherical portion 9, the front hemispherical portion 10, and the disc-shaped brush member 18.
And are in an integrally joined state. By making the support plate 2 a separate body from the cleaning head 7, the cleaning head 7 worn by use can be replaced with a new one, or the cleaning head 7 can be replaced with a different type of in-pipe propulsion head or in-pipe cleaning head. Can be installed. Further, the cleaning head 7 is provided with a rear hemispherical portion 9, a front hemispherical portion 10, and a disk-shaped brush member 18.
By dividing into two parts, it is possible to manufacture the brush portion as a separate body, and at the same time, it is possible to easily perform the manufacturing work such as processing of the spherical substrate 8.

Axial propulsive force and rotational force are applied to. As a result of being given a propulsive force and a rotational force, a plurality of brush groups 24 radially extending outward from the spherical base body 8 of the cleaning head 7 are deposited by concrete adhered to the inner wall of the pipe, which is a thin layer, or by long-term use. The brush group 24 scrapes in the circumferential direction of the pipe by the rotational force to perform a final cleaning on the inside of the pipe by contacting with the attached dust containing hard plaque such as plaque-like dust. At this time, since the plurality of brush groups 24 are provided so as to protrude from each other at intervals in the meridian direction, each brush group 24 is not affected by the radially inward stress received by the outer end of each brush group 24 during grinding. Since the outer end portion of the group 24 can be retracted into the gap between the brush groups 24 so as to elastically deform in the meridian direction and reduce the overall diameter, the brush group 24 is not damaged. The cleaning tool according to the present invention is not limited to the case of the straight pipe line, but the elbow 29
Even when the pipe joint forming the bent portion of the pipe such as the T-shaped cheese 30 or the like is caught, the excellent cleaning function is exhibited.

Regarding the elastic deformation at the outer end portion of each brush group 24, since the amount of deformation of the tube bending portion on the outside in the bending direction is larger than the amount of deformation on the inside in the bending direction, the elastic deformation of the both By utilizing the stress that is generated by the difference in the amount of deformation and tends to direct the cleaning head 7 toward the bent portion of the pipe, the cleaning head 7 automatically changes the direction according to the bent state of the bent portion of the pipe. It does not occur that the forward or backward movement is delayed at the bent portion of the pipe after passing through the bent portion. Regarding the propulsion direction, the cleaning head 7 may be used while retracted in addition to the above-described usage method of advancing the cleaning head 7. That is, since the plurality of brush groups 24 are provided so as to project on the central latitude line of the spherical surface of the spherical base body 8, the cleaning head 7 is provided in the conduit.
When cleaning the inside of the tube by advancing it, or when cleaning the inside of the tube by moving it backward from the advanced state, the spherical surfaces in front of and behind the spherical base body 8 lead the advance of the cleaning head 7 without any trouble. Available and more complete cleaning can be done by reciprocating in the conduit.

Since it is easier for the device to pass through the duct, as shown in FIG. 5, the flexible wire 1 is inserted in advance to the end portion of the duct 28 by another propulsion device having an excellent in-pipe propulsion function. In the end portion, the cleaning head 7 according to the present invention is replaced with the flexible wire 1, and the flexible wire 1 is pulled up so that the cleaning head 7 passes through the conduit 28 in which the flexible wire 1 has already been inserted. If the cleaning is performed, it is possible to perform the work without taking into consideration the obstacle in passing through the cleaning head 7 at the bent portion of the pipe during the cleaning. The plurality of brush groups 24 are provided so as to project from each other in the meridian direction at intervals, and the notch 23 is present between them, so that the dross ground by the brush groups 24 is removed from the front side in the pipeline to be cleaned. Since it can pass through the gap formed between the notch 23 and the inner wall of the pipe from the rear side or from the rear side to the front side, respectively, the ground dust is accumulated in the traveling direction of the cleaning head 7. It is possible to prevent the traveling of the cleaning head 7 from being obstructed.

By moving the cleaning tool forward or backward while applying rotation to the inside of the pipe, multiple brush groups that extend radially outward from the spherical substrate can be used for concrete that adheres to the inner wall of the pipe, which is a thin layer, or for long-term use. It is possible to grind hard puddle such as dental plaque-like plaque in the circumferential direction of the pipe to finish the interior of the pipe. B. Since the plurality of brush groups are protruded from each other at intervals in the meridian direction, the outer end portions of the brush groups are not affected by the radially inward stress received by the outer end portions of the brush groups during grinding. Since the gap between the brush groups can be retracted so as to reduce the overall diameter while elastically deforming in the meridian direction, damage to the brush groups does not occur. C. When the cleaning head is attached to the pipe joint portion that forms the pipe bent portion of the pipe line, the cleaning head as a whole has a spherical shape that can be turned in any direction, and the brushes described above are also used. Regarding the elastic deformation at the outer end of the group, the amount of deformation on the outside in the bending direction of the bent portion of the pipe is larger than the amount of deformation on the inside in the bending direction, so it occurs due to the difference in the amount of elastic deformation between the two. By utilizing the stress that tends to direct the cleaning head toward the pipe bend, the cleaning head automatically changes direction according to the bending state of the pipe bend and passes through the pipe bend to bend the pipe. There will be no situation in which the forward movement or the backward movement is stagnant in the department.

Even when the inside of the pipe is cleaned by moving it backward from the advanced state, the spherical surfaces in front of and behind the spherical base body guide the advance of the cleaning head, so that the cleaning head can be used without any trouble. E. F. Since the support plate to which the flexible wire is fixed and the cleaning head are formed separately, it is possible to replace a worn cleaning head or replace the cleaning head according to the present invention with another type of in-pipe propulsion head or in-pipe cleaning head. Is easy to install. G. In a plurality of brush groups, a root of the metal wire rod having a large number of elasticity is bound between both pressure plates of a holding member in which the central portions of the front and rear pressure plates are fixed to both ends of the cylindrical portion, and their outer ends are bound together. In a single disk-shaped brush member that extends radially outward so as to form a circular outer periphery and is cut out at its outer end side in a predetermined range at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. In a mode in which the metal wire rods are formed by several protruding metal wire rods, it is easy to manufacture the brush wire, and the metal wire rods in the notch part are the meridian wires from the middle position to the root part of the metal wire rods in the brush group. Since it can be elastically supported in the direction, and the bending stress in the meridian direction of the brush group can be shared, the elastic deformation range of the brush group with respect to a predetermined spring constant can be increased, and the durability of the brush group can be improved.
