No. 94530), a sound insulation floor material configured as follows was proposed. That is, it is a sound-insulating flooring material in which fibers that are rather hard and have a restoring property are bound in a bulky shape, and a cushioning material that is fixed with an adhesive is bonded to the flooring material.

To configure. That is, a sheet-shaped non-woven fabric composed mainly of acrylic fiber is used as an upper layer, a sheet-shaped non-woven fabric composed mainly of polyester fiber is laminated as a lower layer under the upper layer, and vinyl acetate is applied on the surface of the upper layer. A sound-insulating floor material obtained by bonding a cushioning material, which is mainly composed of a system resin and has a sprayed surface of a pigment, to an arbitrary floor material.

Since the lower layer was made of non-woven fabric made of relatively hard fibers, it was a cushioning material that was hard and had less sinking. Further, the surface of the upper layer was formed with a pigment spraying surface to prevent fluffing, so that adhesion with the concrete surface was achieved.

The upper layer 2 is a sheet-shaped non-woven fabric obtained by needle punching synthetic fibers mainly composed of acrylic and has a thickness of about 3 mm. Since many cavities are created in the nonwoven fabric by needle punching, it has excellent sound insulation. The sound insulation of the upper layer 2 may be in the high frequency range.

Since the non-woven fabric has many cavities, the lower layer 3 has the same excellent sound insulation effect as the upper layer 2. However, its sound insulation is good in the low frequency range unlike the upper layer 2. In addition, since polyester, which is a relatively hard fiber, is the main component, it is hard and has less sinking. On the surface of the upper layer 2, a pigment mainly containing vinyl acetate resin is sprayed to form a spray surface 4 of the pigment.
