<Prior Art> The applicant of the present application filed Japanese Utility Model Application No. 62-1990943
No. 94530), a sound insulation floor material configured as follows was proposed. That is, it is a sound-insulating flooring material in which fibers that are rather hard and have a restoring property are bound in a bulky shape, and a cushioning material that is fixed with an adhesive is bonded to the flooring material.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> The present invention intends to provide a sound insulation flooring material having a different sound insulation characteristic and a wider sound range by changing the above-mentioned cushioning material. To configure. That is, a sheet-shaped non-woven fabric composed mainly of acrylic fiber is used as an upper layer, a sheet-shaped non-woven fabric composed mainly of polyester fiber is laminated as a lower layer under the upper layer, and vinyl acetate is applied on the surface of the upper layer. A sound-insulating floor material obtained by bonding a cushioning material, which is mainly composed of a system resin and has a sprayed surface of a pigment, to an arbitrary floor material.

<Function> Since a plurality of non-woven fabrics having different sound insulation characteristics are laminated as a cushioning material depending on the difference of the main material, the sound insulation effect is obtained in a wide range of sounds. Since the lower layer was made of non-woven fabric made of relatively hard fibers, it was a cushioning material that was hard and had less sinking. Further, the surface of the upper layer was formed with a pigment spraying surface to prevent fluffing, so that adhesion with the concrete surface was achieved.

<Embodiment> An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The cushioning material 1 is composed of an upper layer 2 and a lower layer 3. The upper layer 2 is a sheet-shaped non-woven fabric obtained by needle punching synthetic fibers mainly composed of acrylic and has a thickness of about 3 mm. Since many cavities are created in the nonwoven fabric by needle punching, it has excellent sound insulation. The sound insulation of the upper layer 2 may be in the high frequency range.

The lower layer 3, which is the lower surface of the upper layer 2, is a non-woven sheet made of synthetic fiber mainly composed of polyester and has a thickness of about 2 mm. Since the non-woven fabric has many cavities, the lower layer 3 has the same excellent sound insulation effect as the upper layer 2. However, its sound insulation is good in the low frequency range unlike the upper layer 2. In addition, since polyester, which is a relatively hard fiber, is the main component, it is hard and has less sinking. On the surface of the upper layer 2, a pigment mainly containing vinyl acetate resin is sprayed to form a spray surface 4 of the pigment.

The sound insulation floor material 6 is used by being attached to a concrete slab 7. Since the cushioning material 1 is a combination of a plurality of non-woven fabrics having different sound insulation characteristics, it has sound insulation properties in a wide sound range. The experimental result of the floor impact sound level of this sound insulation flooring 6 by JISA1418 is the curve (a) in FIG. This level is L

<Effect of the device> As described above, the present invention has a wide sound insulating range because a plurality of nonwoven fabrics having different sound insulating properties are stacked. In addition, since a non-woven fabric made of a relatively hard synthetic fiber is incorporated, a sound insulating flooring material that is hard and has less sinking can be obtained.
