In a panel used as a bay window wall panel,
There is a panel in which a V-shaped groove is formed, and the panel is bent at the V-shaped groove portion so as to be bent into a U-shaped cross section so that mass production is possible and assembly in the field can be easily performed. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, when a panel A is made by filling a heat insulating material 12 such as foamed polyurethane between the indoor and outdoor skins 10 and 11 formed of a metal plate such as a steel plate. Cross section V on the inner skin material 10
V-grooves are formed by bending the bending piece 13 of the mold, and the panel materials A are bent by bending the outer skin materials 10 and 11 at the portions of the V-grooves. Then, the panel A is assembled at the construction site.

However, in this case, in order to prevent the outer skin materials 10 and 11 from opening from the bent state by bending back (spring back), as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the upper and lower ends of the panel A are respectively U-shaped. There is a problem that the panel A must be fixed in a U-shape by fitting the covers 14 and 14 formed in the mold. Moreover, even if the upper and lower ends of the panel A are fixed using the cover 14 as described above, if the panel A is long in the vertical direction, the upper and lower middle steps of the panel A are shown in FIG. 5 (b). Thus, the gap 15 is generated in the V groove portion. In particular, when the window A is provided in the panel A as in the case where the panel A is used as a wall panel of a bay window, the stress when the outer skin materials 10 and 11 are bent is not uniform in the V groove portion in the vertical direction, and the gap There is a risk that 15 will occur significantly. When the gap 15 is generated in this way, there is a problem that it takes a lot of time and effort for finishing such as caulking. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a panel that can maintain the bent state of the panel without using a cover and that can prevent a gap from being formed in the bent portion. That is the purpose.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments. The edge material 3 is formed in a long length by extrusion molding of hard synthetic resin, and as shown in FIG. 1 (a), a pair of end plate pieces 1 and 1 are integrally connected by a bent portion 2. Cross section V
It is shaped like a letter. The bent portion 2 is formed thin so that it can be bent. Further, a fitting piece 17 having a fitting groove 16 is integrally provided at the tip of each of the pair of end plate pieces 1, 1 so as to project outward along the entire length. And a pair of end plate pieces
One of the end plates 1, 1 has a fitting recess 4 formed on the inner surface side of the end plate 1 over the entire length by bending the end plate 1. Locking step portions 18, 18 are formed on both edges of the opening of the fitting concave portion 4, respectively, and an inclined surface 19 for guiding is provided so as to be continuous with one locking step portion 18. A pair of fitting projections 5 are provided on the inner surface of the other end plate piece 1 over the entire length, and a locking projection 20 is provided at the tip of each fitting projection 5. In producing the panel A using the edge material 3, first, the edge of the indoor side outer skin material 10 formed of a metal plate such as a steel plate is fitted into the fitting groove 16 of the edge material 3 and In this state, the edge material 3 and the indoor skin material 10 are arranged above the outdoor skin material 11 formed of a metal plate such as a steel plate. And the end plate piece 1 of the edge material 3 and the outer skin material 10, 11
Inject / foam polyurethane foam into the space surrounded by
By curing and filling the heat insulating material 12, the second
As shown in the figure, the outer surface of the end plate piece 1 is fixed to the end surface of the panel material 6 formed by filling the heat insulating material 12 between the outer skin materials 10 and 11, and the edge material 3 is attached between the panel materials 6. It is possible to obtain the panel A in the specified form. here,
The edge material 3 and the outer skin materials 10 and 11 are bonded to the heat insulating material 12 by the self-adhesiveness of the foamed polyurethane at the time of foaming and hardening, and are integrated via the heat insulating material 12. In the production of the panel A, mass production can be performed by a multi-stage method in which polyurethane foam is injected and foam-filled in a state of being stacked and pressed in multiple stages. Next, when the panel A thus formed is bent at a construction site to be assembled into a U-shaped cross section or a trapezoidal cross section, the edge material 3 is bent inward at the bent portion 2 and is also applied to the bent portion 2. This can be done by bending the outer cover material 11 at the contact portion. Figure 1 at this time
As shown in (b), the bending of the edge material 3 causes the fitting projection 5 to fit into the fitting recess 4, and the locking projection 18 of the fitting projection 5 to the locking step 18 of the fitting recess 4. When locked, the edge member 3 is held in a bent state in which the inner surfaces of the end plate pieces 1, 1 are in contact with each other and are in close contact with each other. By holding the edge material 3 in the bent state in this manner, it is possible to bend each panel material 6 and keep the panel A in a bent state, and it is not necessary to use a cover as shown in FIG. A can be maintained in a bent state such as a U-shaped cross section or a trapezoidal cross section. Further, the contact state of the end plate pieces 1 and 1 of the edge member 3 is also held by the fitting between the fitting concave portion 4 and the fitting protruding portion 5, which is a bent portion of the panel A. It is also possible to prevent a gap from being generated. When bending the panel A, it is not necessary to bend the two outer skin materials 10 and 11 on the outdoor side and the indoor side.
Since it is only necessary to bend 1 (the bent portion 2 of the edge member 3 is freely bendable and easy to bend), refraction processing in the field is facilitated.

As described above, in the present invention, the pair of end plate pieces are integrated through the bendable thin-walled bent portion to form the edge member having a V-shaped cross section by extrusion molding of the hard synthetic resin.
You can easily bend the thin bent part of the edge material,
When connecting both panel materials, the inner surfaces of the end plate pieces are accurately connected without gaps, and the connecting work can be performed easily, and the outer surface of each end plate piece is fixed to each end surface of the pair of panel materials. Edge material between the panel materials, bend the bent portion of the edge material to bring the inner surfaces of the end plate pieces into contact with each other, and engage the locking projection of the fitting projection with the locking step of the fitting recess. Since the pair of panel materials are bent into a substantially L shape by fitting the fitting concave portion and the fitting projection portion together, the fitting projection portion fits in the fitting concave portion due to the bending of the edge material. The edge material is capable of holding a bent state in which the inner surfaces of the end plate pieces are in contact with each other with a strong coupling force, and can keep the panel in a bent state without using a cover. Also, the contact state of the end plate piece of the edge material is similarly determined by fitting the fitting recess and the fitting projection. Be those that are retained Te, the one in which it is possible to prevent a gap is generated in this part is a bent portion of the panel.
